Elysia smiled with both of her hands clasped together at the side of her face as she was told that she guessed it correctly. "Perhaps my husband's guessing luck is rubbed into me.." The woman laughed lightly at how happy Muri seemed.
Elysia nodded understandably at Muri's explanation how most people had guessed her age younger. "My, I know what you mean. It might sound like a praise sometimes, but it gets annoying over time." She said with a shake of her head, picking back up her fork and continuing to eat dinner pleasantly.
"Your face is very youthful, dear. I acknowledge your maturity though, I'm very happy that you're such a lovely individual." She meant it. She longs for the time when she can have such pleasant conversations with someone, especially with a fellow lady.
Sipping her drink, Elysia blinked at Muri when Muri seemed like she's about to ask something. Once the question emerges, Elysia's eyes lights up. "Oh my... Do you have a liking to my son?" She is absolutely smiling so widely right now as if they're gossiping.
Elysia often wonders how her son will ever get with someone, simply because of how strange and dangerous he is. But since Muri doesn't show any fear at all when he used his scythe in front of her, and they both seemed like they're in agreement with one another, Elysia giggled like a school girl as he paired them up in her thoughts.
"Oh sweetie, Sy is 20 years of age this year~" She grinned, stretching her hand to pat Sylvester on the back. "He's grown so well now, I'm actually wondering if he'll ever get himself a girlfriend.." She pondered with amusement and giggled some more as she looked at Muri.
Elysia is now playing the thought that Muri might be her new daughter-in-law soon enough and it made her so giddy, her smile is stretching all the way to her ears.

Who would've thought that Muri, who could create such terrifyingly wicked grins and glares, could also form that genuine brilliant smile and such vividly happy eyes. Sy was forced to close his eyes and just shook his head to see if its just an illusion.
Nope, she's very much genuinely very happy and laughing with his mother. 'What is this lies I am seeing and hearing.' At least now he knows these frightening girl is a 16-year-old, props goes to his mother for guessing it correctly, amazingly.
His soul now belongs to a 16-year-old girl, this is worlds more perfect that he can possibly imagine. Just as he's chewing his piece of vegetable-flavored frittata, he heard Muri began speaking of ages, noticing that terrible grin of hers before she asked his mother of his age.
"Ahck!" Sy coughed, using his fist to cover his lips as he does so and delivered a burning glare to Muri before turning to the woman beside him. "Mother, no." He swallowed whatever that got caught in his throat just to state that out.
...Only to see that his mother is assuming something else entirely due to Muri's question. "Mother, please stop." He held a hand over his face once the woman actually asked Muri if she has any interests in him.
Leaning against his chair weakly, Sy propped his elbow on the dinner table, which is quite rare for him to do due to table manners, just so he could hold his face up. "This is not happening." He is clearly flustered that he didn't even made an effort to look up to Muri once his mother had stated his true age.
"Mother, stop fantasizing." He said monotonously, knowing very well what his mother is thinking, and that his request will probably go unheard. So while the woman is distracted with her thoughts, Sy dropped the hand that's been holding his throbbing head and shot Muri a bland smile.
"Congratulations. I am now very disturbed."

Muri was smiling almost genuinely still at Elysia for her having guessed Muri's age correctly. This was probably the first time in this lifetime that someone was treating her not just as a little girl but as someone of her own age and maturity. She always enjoyed taking advantage of people who treated her as a child, but she also tended to feel a little annoyed in the back of her mind especially at the thought of being looked on as a little girl. The secret reason for this being her love for her older brother who only saw her as a little sister.
"It really does, Ms. Elysia." Muri said with a smile, lightly giggling at that, genuinely kind of glad that someone was sympathetic to this pain. Muri smiled at Elysia's further compliment of being mature despite her youthful appearance. While she always felt good being complimented, there was also a slight hint of wickedness hidden in the back and slowly creeping back into her smile over time. She was partly amused at being called these things but also knew that she was not so lovely as Elysia perceived her to be. Muri's wickedness slowly showed more and more in her smile as she reminded herself that she was only pretending with Elysia.
After inquiring about Sy's age, Muri's was a little shocked to hear Elysia ask if she liked Sy. Instead of showing her shock, Muri simply blushed and giggled slightly. "Ms. Elysia, please. We've only just met." She said politely with a smile. At Sy's futile requests for his mother to not tell Muri, the wickedness behind her smile crept up more and more as Muri's smile seemed to Elysia to be sweeter and more elongated.
Muri smiled as Elysia stated Sy's age against his wishes, very amused at how Sy is reacting so negatively to Elysia's statements. Because of Sy's reactions, Muri wanted more and more to at least appear to agree with and get along with Elysia. Muri triggered herself to blush a bit as she thought of something to say in response to Elysia that would make Sy feel even more uncomfortable. "Well, the difference in our ages is only about three years then."
Muri had no interest in Sy other than to toy with him now. Her person of affection was someone entirely different and the bond she felt for that person was stronger than anything. Because of this, Muri knew that there was no way she could ever love Sy in the way Elysia would like.
Muri smiled back at Sy, appearing very cheerful and pleasant though with a hidden wicked amusement towards him. "Oh, come on, Sy. Ms. Elysia is just being a loving mother. You don't have to respond in such a manner." She said, rather amused by his reactions but saying what she thought might win Elysia's further affections as she turned a sweet smile back at Elysia again.

Simply by the sight of blush creeping up on Muri's cheeks as well as the pleasant sound of the young lady's giggle, Elysia took in a breath with both her eyes and smile widening. She has her hands on her cheeks as she sort of mutely squealed at Muri's apparent response of them having just met. "It was love at first sight, wasn't it..?!" Now seeming like she almost couldn't contain her excitement, her voice slipped into a high-pitch at the end.
Because her love life isn't very romantic, she would do her all to make her son's love as romantic as she could despite said son not even asking for it.
She couldn't even hear Sylvester in her excitement and deeply concentrating of her fantasies. Without even a warning, Elysia is already plotting and planning ways to get them both to get to know one another, her own face blushing as she thought more and more of the wonderful possibilities and images of them being together. "Kyaaa...." With her hands still holding her own face, Elysia looks very much like an ecstatic school girl.
Muri's response of their age difference being only three years further worsen the woman's condition as her blush deepens with more and more thoughts and images. "Oh Muri, that means you both are at your primes now~!" She said happily, noticing the blush on Muri's cheeks once again and let out a silent squeal.
It was only until Muri mentioned Sylvester did she finally turned to look at her son with a positively glowing grin and held him strongly on his shoulder. "Sylvester! I do love you so much-- ..Why are you wearing such a sour expression..?" Having missed each and every objection her son had tried to deliver to her, Elysia took a hold of his chin to make her look at him properly.
"Oh my...are you feeling unwell..? Hurry, finish your dinner and eat your medicine, dear." Lovingly stroking some of his bangs away from his eyes, Elysia toned down her excitement due to her son's weak health. She turned back to her own plate to finish her vegetables, then reached for a piece of frittata next.
As she ate, Elysia suddenly remembered she haven't told where Muri could sleep tonight. "Oh yes. Muri, sweetie, if you don't mind, you can sleep in my room. We just moved in with the furniture today, so we only have 2 beds set up; mine and Sylvester's."

Of course his mother couldn't hear him. He knows almost everything about his mother, everything ranging from her attitude to her thinking pattern to her deepest wishes. He had already predicted this would happen should any woman seem interested in him. He knows, that his mother would readily dump all of her dreams onto him when such a woman appears in his life. Tonight, that woman he had predicted to appear finally did, in the form of a young girl, 16 years of age. And her name is Muri.
Exhaling out his breath deeply, Sy stares down at his plat of half-finished dinner, thinking hard in his mind if his own wishes were ever of importance. All his life he's been trudging along carrying everyone's wishes, but that was mostly because he cannot form his own wishes without others. Closing his eyes, Sy let out another long breath. His whole life is lead by depending on others, and that's the only way of life that he knows of.
"Good." He whispered to himself, opening his eyes now with that reminder carefully pinned at the top of his head. There wasn't even a moment for him to even breath because Muri was saying right at that moment how they have just met to his mother, and at this, Sy's eyes darted towards hers, malice and disgust were spelled all over his aura.
He almost rolled his eyes at how contradicting his aura is with the woman beside him. Despite himself, he can understand exactly why his mother is behaving such a way, and it made him scowl even deeper at Muri's comment of their difference in age, followed up by his mother's remark of them being in their primes.
Sy couldn't take it anymore, his palm is already planted on his face with a worrying crease of his eyebrows. He knows that sadistic girl is enjoying his pain very much now, but he is unable to mask his own discontent with how deeply detestable he feels with what's happening around him. It's making him even more annoyed when Muri spoke out that he shouldn't respond as such because Elysia is his mother, Sy was so close in leaving the table when something astounding happened.
It was then that his mother decided to notice him and pulled his face to look straight at her. He tried to lift a smile to her but for once finding that he's unable to do even that. What surprises him is she's actually holding down her own exhilaration just for the sake of respecting that he's unwell. Sy sat there, blinking at his mother getting back to her dinner before facing his own plate.
Staring at the medicinal pill placed beside his glass, Sy begins to acknowledge that perhaps he really does feel unwell. So, listening to his mother's orders, he ate his dinner quickly, swallowed his pill, and drank the juice provided. He pondered if he should get a glass of water, and that's when his mother spoke up in offering to share her bedroom with Muri to sleep in.
"Oh, there's no need for that." He interrupted, looking at the both of them. "Muri can take my bed. I shall occupy the couch in the living room." He offered, genuinely feeling tired to care wherever he's going to sleep. Sy then turned his attention to Muri, his face devoid of expression for the first time since sitting for dinner, "My room isn't very grand, it's quite plain actually since we haven't decorated there yet. But at least the bed and the mattress as well as the comforter are brand new."

Muri was inwardly amused at the excitement of the other woman despite how her assumptions were false. Because Sy detested this kind of talk, however, Muri decided to allow it to continue. She blushed a bit more at Elysia asking if it was love at first sight and glanced away slightly. She was appearing to just be very shy at the idea, but Muri was inwardly very amused at the dark and malicious aura emanating from Sy.
After finding out Sy's age and remarking on them only being three years difference, Elysia's next comment had Muri continuing to push a blush onto her cheeks. She glanced away again then over at Sy, releasing the blush she had forced before and smiling while telling him not to respond in such a manner. Muri continued to smile at Sy, a bit of wickedness behind her smile as Elysia turned her attention to him for a moment.
When they both continued eating, Muri continued the food on her plate as well. When Elysia spoke up again and offered for Muri to sleep with her, Muri forced a smile. Inwardly, the idea of sleeping with this woman rather annoyed her but she was about to accept politely anyway before Sy spoke up.
Muri turned to face him as he spoke, not entirely sure why he was offering his bed, but assuming it may've been because of how Elysia had raised him to be gentlemanly. At this thought, Muri forced a smile again at him, a bit of wickedness still behind it but looking sweet on the outside. "Well, I don't want to put you out of your room unless you're really sure it's okay." She said with a smile to seem polite, while inwardly wanting to have the privacy of a separate room for her own purposes.

Being angry is getting him nowhere and he's too tired to care for things too much anymore. Thus, Sy adopted his father's special apathetic technique to continue through this night's nightmare, all thanks to the appearance of this little demon in a lolita dress.
'Stop pushing blood on your cheeks..' He looked wearily at the Muri. 'Don't drive her down that road...' His eyes shifted towards his mother now, and a sigh escaped his lips. There is no way he is in control of what's going to happen with a master manipulator and a gullible oaf in the room.
Thankfully, they have both simmered down thanks to his father's lethargic apathy --'Bless you, father.'-- and now Muri is reacting to him offering his bed to her. He could pick up the slight surprise in her, but decided against to push her about it further. He's just too tired for this. Or perhaps it's the effects of the medicine.
"It's fine, Princess. Just allow me to clean up a bit up there before you get comfortable," he said with a nod to her, his eyes aren't even able to hold a steady gaze now with how a slow wave of sleepiness beginning to enfold him. Definitely the effects of the medicine.
"Mother, I'll be cleaning up now.." he announced to the woman beside him, now standing up with his plate on his hands to get to the sink.

Elysia was genuinely not surprised when her son offered his bed to the lady. She did raised him that way, and it excites her that her years of teaching and drilling him that way is perfect for her plot in getting both of the youngsters together.
She was grinning widely at Muri's polite remark of his offer, and then directed back her attention to Sylvester, who insists it's fine. Elysia let out a quiet squeal at how adorable these two are, her hands in fists under her face.
The woman knows her son is capable in handling himself now to thread his way more and more into her plan of solid-proof love love connection, so Elysia stood back from their conversation, trusting her son to slowly charm his way into Muri's heart. "Kyaaaa~~...." Even the thought of it makes her squeal. She will definitely need to buy a new empty album just for this occasion tomorrow.
Then, Sylvester suddenly stood up from his seat, having already finished his dinner, but Elysia stopped him by grabbing his plate away from his hands. "That's quite alright, Sylvester, I'll clean up here. You just sit there and wait for Muri to finish, then escort her up to your room." She ordered in a leveled authorative yet gentle tone.
Until she realized what she just said. "To YOUR room!! Kyaaa!! I can't believe I just invited a lady to my son's room, my goodness..!" Elysia is fanwomaning and she is not regretting even the slightest bit.

Muri smiled at Sy as he said that it was fine and requested time to clean it up for her. Her smile still held that hint of wickedness inside of it, but now she was beginning to realize that her small body was beginning to feel both full and a little tired.
Muri turned her attention to the few pieces of vegetables that were still on her plate as Elysia told Sy to wait for Muri to finish. She ate them a little faster than she normally eats but still rather slowly and carefully compared to others she knows.
Muri almost began to giggle at Elysia's silly manner of acting towards the idea of Muri and Sy being together. Even though it was something so simple as Muri sleeping in Sy's bed when he wouldn't even be there with her. This woman has an almost obnoxious sort of innocence. She thought, a hint of something negative causing her eyebrow to twitch down for a split second. Her excitement is almost reminding me of... Muri forcibly ceased her thoughts of a certain someone's past life so that she would not lose her pleasant mask in this situation.
When she finished her vegetables, she smiled up at Elysia again. "I'm finished, Ms. Elysia. Thank you for dinner." She said in a pleasant manner, then turned her smile to Sy, slowly seeming more and more as though she was forcing that wicked glint towards him. "If you will, Sy, I'm ready to go upstairs." She slowly stood as she spoke, facing Sy and waiting for him to lead her upstairs.

Elysia nodded to Muri graciously once the young girl thanked her for dinner. "It's quite a pleasure in having you for dinner. I hope you have a good sleep. Good night." She was able to contain her excitement for a brief moment to at least respond to Muri politely enough. Manners are especially important to Elysia.
"Sylvester, please make sure Muri is comfortable." She requested to her son next, and then allowed them to go with a pleasant smile on her face. Once they are out of the kitchen, Elysia continued in finishing her dinner before cleaning up the table.

Sy could tell that he will be seeing a lot more of that sickly wicked grin of hers throughout his service to Muri. He stood up from his seat once she's ready, and automatically, he held out an arm for her to take for him to lead her.
...But then he remembered that his mother is in the perimeter, and such action would almost be enough to make her stalk them, so Sy quickly dropped his arm and locked his hands behind him instead with an annoyed sigh. The teachings his mother had taught him was embedded into his mind so much, he would automatically act as he was taught without even thinking.
Once they were excused, Sy walked forward, leading Muri outside the kitchen, up the stairs, through the small hallway upstairs and through the opened door that is his room. Like he said, it looks plain, since it was newly built, but at least it was clean enough to sleep in.
A single bed is at the corner of the room, with a lone cupboard at the other end. A bag could be seen beside the cupboard, and that's it. Since the bad was unzipped, Sy quickly made his way near it, zipped it close and then stashed it inside his cupboard, closing it in place.
After that, he went to his bed next, removing the plastic around the mattress, fluffing up the pillows and cleaned up the bed that it looks ready to be used. Walking back to his cupboard, Sy fetched a thick comforter from inside, and folded it on the bed, so Muri can use it if she's cold.
Turning back his attention to Muri, his eyebrows knitted a bit. "I'm too tired to be annoyed at you, so I'll leave you to sleep here. The bathroom is on the left, and if you need to take a breather, there's a balcony further up the hallway." He instructed with a tired tone, wanting to leave her and get himself to the couch donwnstairs already.
"Do you need anything?" 'Just say no. Please say no.' Despite his tired expression, his thoughts had made his face changed to look so obvious that he needed Muri to refuse his offer.

Muri forced her sweet smile as Elysia responded to Muri's thanks. She was actually starting to feel glad about being able to go into a room were she could be alone for a while now. Acting sickly sweet like this for too long, however entertaining, was also rather tiresome. "Thank you, Ms. Elysia. Good night." She responded in a polite manner before turning to Sy to go upstairs.
Muri followed him upstairs, her eyes glancing over everything they passed. Her smile had faded to a sort of tired and almost annoyed expression once she knew she was out of Elysia's eyesight. Sy already knew that the sickly sweet way she was acting was only fake, so there was no reason to pretend to be civil around him alone.
Once they reached his room, Muri stood in the doorway, leaning against the inside of the door frame with her arms crossed as she watched Sy clean and prepare it for her. She glanced around the plain room that wasn't decorated with anything yet and began to picture the illusions she would dress it up with to make herself feel more comfortable.
As Sy spoke finally, Muri looked at him again, her eyebrow pulling down in annoyance at his initial comment. She turned as he explained where the bathroom was and looked in the direction of the bathroom door then just glanced further down the hallway at the balcony. The idea of going outside on the balcony at night seemed nice, but she would put that thought off for a little while.
Muri finally looked back at Sy again as he asked if she needed anything. A wicked grin crept onto her face again as she mused over possibilities of what she could make him do, also simply to make him uncomfortable at the thought of her having him do something for her. She finally closed her eyes and let out a small huff of air as she turned her head a bit.
"No, I should be fine." She said finally, then looked back over at him and headed into the room to plop herself down on the bed. She grinned wickedly back over at him still from where she sat on the bed now, leaning back a bit on her hands. "Just close the door on your way out." She watched him after that until he would leave. Then, she planned, she would turn the room into a wonderland of illusions.

The time to wait for Muri to properly answer his question felt like a lifetime to Sy. His head is throbbing, his eyelids are dropping and now even his posture is a little bit off. It can't be helped though, he is apparently unwell, after all.
When Muri finally answered, Sy tried to nod, and then suddenly, his vision is beginning to get vague. 'Oh no.' Due on the blood he had inherited from his father, Sy is practically immune to poison and the likes. But when it comes to medicines that effects his head, lack of sleep and a lot of pent up stress could potentially...
BUMP!
A loud sound of a fallen body shook the whole house.
Sy had fallen off his feet, completely unconscious, and apparently perfectly on top of Muri, weighting her down against the bed, trapping her from even being able to move in order to push him off.

Downstairs, Elysia is currently pressing her cellphone against her ear with her shoulder as she washed the dishes, completely absorbed in talking with her husband. "Yes! Your son FINALLY brought home a lady today, and she's just the sweetest young lady I have ever met! Mhmm! Yes, I AM very happy, I thought that was obvious."
The loud noise from upstairs startled Elysia, and in a quick sprint, the mother had skipped two flight of stairs at once to arrive upstairs. When she had arrived in Sy's room, her cellphone in hand, the sight chained her on the floor, completely speechless.
It comes very slowly, both the realization and the growing blush. The first thing she did is apparently aiming her cellphone camera right at the bed where Sylvester laid on top of Muri and snapped a quick picture, and with a press of a button, sent it to her husband.
That all happened in less than 6 seconds.
"Sylvester!" Now with her cellphone safe inside her apron pocket, Elysia made her way to the side of the bed and attempted to pull her son off of Muri. She managed to at least slide Sylvester away from Muri's body, but she's not strong enough to pull the boy entirely from the bed, so the poor unconscious son was partly still on the bed.
"Oh my lord, what happened..?! Muri, are you alright?!" Now that Muri is able to at least sit up on the bed, Elysia held onto the girl's face to check if there's anything wrong. Seeing that her face is at least fine, Elysia pulled herself up and then goes over to Sylvester to feel his forehead.
"My goodness, I am very sorry, Muri... His fever is very high right now... Oh no." By the worry that was slowly beginning to rise in Elysia's expression, she thought quick of what to do. "Would it be alright with you if he were to sleep on the floor here? I don't believe I can drag him downstairs on the couch..."

Muri's eyes were wide with shock at the fact of Sy having fallen on top of her, effectively pinning her to the bed. She tried to move, but found that she couldn't. Her face was partially blocked by Sy's shoulder, so she couldn't even say anything, she could only make a bit of noise.
With an annoyed glare now on her face, she was about to activate her smoke to push him off, but then she heard Elysia's voice. Muri's eyes widened a bit again, and she put on an innocent face. She tried to struggle again, making a bit of noise smothered under Sy as though asking for help.
Muri was finally able to breath properly with Sy's body now moved off of her. She finished pulling herself out from under him, and moved a bit further from his unconscious body, sitting up again. For Elysia, she held a concerned expression on her face and was breathing as though she really was unable to breah for a while.
Muri feigned a small smile under her fake concerned expression at Elysia's concern. "I'm fine, Ms. Elysia." She answered in a somewhat small voice as though she were still recovering from the shock and smothering. "I'm not sure what happened. Sy suddenly passed out and fell on top of me..."
Muri looked towards Elysia and Sy with a fake concerned expression as Elysia apologized and said that Sy's fever was high. Before Muri thought of a response, Elysia spoke again, suggesting a rather strange request of having Sy sleep in the same room.
Muri allowed a somewhat surprised expression to form on her face, although inside she knew that Elysia was trying to pair them up already. Muri slowly pulled a gentle looking smile on her face at Elysia. "I understand, Ms. Elysia. That's fine." Muri answered, not wanting to show her powers to Elysia which would be the only way they could move Sy anywhere without a lot of physical stress.
Muri was rather tired now anyway, and just wanted to be able to rest. She forced herself to yawn, covering her mouth as she did so, and allowed herself to seem a bit tired. "I really should sleep now, Ms. Elysia." Muri said as she moved herself into the bed properly, not paying much mind to the unconscious Sylvester. "It's really alright, so don't worry. Good night." She said, slowly appearing more and more tired as she laid down gracefully on the pillow and began to fall asleep, laying in a position that made her look almost angelic with a peaceful expression.
