Kisa stood at the dock next the the giant light house. You could see the light house for miles along the beaches. Kisa dicieded it was time she finally followed it to see what was here. Kisa was surprised thought, She came at the most perfect time of the day. The sun was setting the wind was calm, the the air was cool. Kisa had a smile from ear to ear. Not to mention the sun set was pretty amazing. It took her breath away how mother nature could be so beutiful. Kisa always did enjoy the simple things in life. Mother nature was one of them.
Kisa walked up towards the light house. Looking up at it from the very base of the building. It was so tall. "I bet you can see for miles up there" Kisa said aloud. She felt tiny, next the building. Of course in Evenae and Gradia she didn't feel so different but she wasn't looking up towards a very tall building by its self. there were a WHOLE mess of buildings.
"I wonder if Taky-kun and Odessa-chan have been here?" She asked allowed. They probably have. Odessa-chan and Taky-kun have always been the adventure type. Kisa then pressed the door open. As the door opened with a loud squeaking noise. Kisa suddenly felt uneasy about going in alone. She laughed nervously.

"That was a good nap-- ah, crap. It's already this late." Ritsu came out from the lighthouse scratching the back of her head.
She had been called to Fijion to perform at the local hotel for a band that she had yet to meet. Eager to get out of Kumo for a while, Ritsu jumped at the chance only to find out that she bit off more than she could chew. After the boat ride to get to this island, she found herself lost in this unfamiliar place. Her only solace was the tall lighthouse she saw from the docks so headed there only to end up napping inside.
Either way, Ritsu wasn't able to solve her dilemma.
"Where am I again...?" The ochre-haired girl looked around only to see a gentle-looking girl standing there outside the door. "Oh, sorry for intruding. But, heh, I'm looking for that... hotel here. I sorta need to get there before the sun completely disappears."
"Oh, I'm Ritsu by the way." The fox spirit girl grinned brightly despite speaking to a complete stranger.

Kisa had debatable thoughts about going into the light house when she saw a girl come out of the door. To be honest the mere sight of her made Kisa jump simply because she was just not expecting someone to just pop out at her. Ok so she didn't exactly pop out oat her but Kisa just didn't expect it honest! Kisa giggled nervously.
"Oh hello there" Kisa said brightly as she was shaking off the nervous oh-my-god-you-came-out-nowhere look. Kisa looked at the girl rambling on about finding the hotel. Kisa looked at her and smiled
"Oh, The hotel is over in that direction, Would you like me to show you the way?" Kisa said pointing down the direction of the beach. Kisa smiled as she introduced herself. Ritsu was her name. "Ah, A pretty name, Ritsu-chan. My name is Kisa"

"D'aww... nah. It's a pretty common name in Kumo where I'm from. It's really embarrassing with someone comments on it." Ritsu awkwardly chuckled to herself, flushing a bit due to the comment about her name. "Err... you have a pretty name too, Kisa!" The Fox Spirit grinned again, shaking her momentary embarrassment aside.
"Anyway, you know the way to the hotel--I don't even remember what's it called...hmm. Yeah, can you take me there? I have a performance in... ehe... less than an hour I think. I'm a musician, you see, even though I don't look it."
Not that she cared if she was late. Ritsu only agreed to the job because it gave her an excuse to go to Fijion, a place she hadn't been able to visit before.
She didn't even know what the hell she would have to perform when she gets there.
Oh well...

Kisa smiled at Ritsu. "Why thank you" Kisa let out a slight purring noise. It was sometimes hard to control that when she was happy. Her and her brother had a hard time controlling the purring while in human form. It usually created awkwardness.
"Oh! You're from Kumo? I have a friend that lives there. Maybe you know her? Her name is Esha" Kisa smiled at the thought of her friend Esha. Esha was a very close friend to her. Just how Taky-kun was close to Odessa-chan. She considered her to be very close. One day she was going to have to make Esha-chan and Odessa-chan meet. That way Taky-kun was less likely to hit on poor Esha-chan.
"Sure I can take you there, It may take a half hour but we should be able to make it" Said Kisa as she started down the path of the of the light house.
"C'mon this way" Kisa said waving her in hear direction.

Ritsu followed the (purring?) girl from the lighthouse, "Yeah, I'm from Kumo but the name doesn't ring a bell sorry." She might have known quite a few people from that country she certainly didn't know everyone. She mostly spent her days going from town to town in search of entertainment and easy pickings.
The Fox Spirit Girl folded her arms behind her back as she walked along side the nice brunette, "You're not human aren't you?" Ritsu blurted out. She had been known to be blunt and she had landed herself in trouble for it. But since Kisa seemed to be so laid back, Ritsu didn't see the problem with asking.
"What are you, a cat or something? You just purred."

Kisa sweatdropped, and here goes the awkwardness. "Um, yeah sorta I'm a lion demon" She giggled. Slightly embarrassed at herself but I guess there's no hiding it now. Though she could already hear it now. 'Creep' But Kisa didn't let it bother her. She was just happy. Kisa was one of those type of girls to just be happy for no reason at all.
She was known very well for her bright personality and such. "So how long are you gonna be here in Fijjon?" She asked cheerfully

The fox's grin grew wider at that confirmation, "Big Kitty Demon, eh? That's rich but why the awkwardness?" Insightful to a fault, Ritsu saw that Kisa wasn't very comfortable telling other people about her heritage. She had met other demihumans in the past and most of them were like that as well. Being more of a supernatural occurrence rather than a naturally born fox demon, Ritsu's experiences about what she was were different.
"I'm not human either. Look." The fox spirit snickered and held up a hand in front of her. On her palm, a wisp of flame appeared later becoming a fireball. "Hehe, most people in Kumo call this, Fox Fire." Ritsu made the fireball around her after that.
"Weeeelll..." Ritsu pondered about her next reply for a moment, "I don't know. I kinda wanna see what this place has so I'll probably stay for a while. Heh, I wanna go swimming too! Beeeeaaaaach~"

Ritsu's cheerful self made Kisa not feel so... awkward. She giggled. "Well, Most people think it's weird when I purr in the form of a human. When In my lion, most people find it cute" She giggled Kisa was then cought of guard with the fox fire.
"Woah, thats so cool!" Kisa said with excitment. "Are you a demon?" She asked curiously tilting her head. Kisa had always had some kind of intrest in many different things. She also loved seeing new things, meeting new people, learning about different culters. It was just her intrest. You could always say, Curiosity killed the cat, But satisfaction brought it back. That saying couldn't be more true.
Kisa giggled at Ritsu's excitment. "The beaches are beutiful here, You'll love it" Kisa continued to smile. Kisa enjoyed it here. She would live here if she could. But her brother was too afraid of the water that surrounded the place. He was too freaked out by the idea of just getting on a boat to get here.

The fox spirit laughed, folding her arm behind her head again, "Demon? Nah, I don't think I really count in that category. I'm just a fox. I wasn't born like this. I think Kami just blessed--or cursed I don't know-- me and gave me powers."
Indeed, Ritsu was born a fox but as time went on, her immortality became apparent. "Demons are born as they are right? You were born as a lion who can turn into a human, right? I didn't have that ability until I was...meh... one hundred or something. It's been a long time."
"If it helps, are you familiar with the Ninetailed Fox? If you are, well, you're speaking to one. Hahaha! I only have eight tails at the moment though." She ochre haired girl grinned again. She didn't mind talking about her situation to other people. She had seen so many strange stares directed at when she spoke about it in the centuries so she was used to any random reactions. Ritsu doubted that Kisa would react negatively due to the fact she wasn't human either.

Kisa blinked repeatably at her. Her eyes were wide. "Wait, what?" She asked with wide eyes. Did she just hear that right? Did she just say she couldn't transform into a human till she was 100 or so? Or was Kisa just dreaming? That ... didnt sound normal at all. And she wasn't a demon either. That's a long time to live without being able to change. But it all started to make sense when She began to explain that she was the nine tailed fox.
"WOW! THATS SO COOL" Kisa said with excitement on her face. Kisa was a historian at heart. Mythology, legends and prophecy's fascinated her. Because there was a lesson to be learned in every single one. Even the bible was a something she kept up on. Kisa has never been religious, But reading it as a story, was very interesting to her.
And here Ritsu was. A living breathing Myth standing in front of her. Sure maybe she only had 8 tails, but that was a blessing to her. She has always read that the 9 tailed fox was a vicious, creul and destructive monster. And Ritsu was so kind.
"Living so long, You must have so many stories and adventures you went on" She said with a bit of excitment in her voice.

Ritsu blinked at Kisa's rather enthusiastic reaction to her revelation. She didn't expect the other girl to be aware of what ninetailed fox was. She just said it because she didn't have anything better to describe herself. Ritsu had already experienced being compared to fox demons and that wasn't a pretty sight.
"Heh, you can say that. I don't remember many of them though. After living for so long, stuff that happened...uh... about 50 or so years ago becomes blurry." The fox spirit chuckled. "To be honest, I don't think there's another one like me out there. Kinda sad, huh? But, ah well..." Ritsu snickered, "It just means that I'm really an individual, huh?" Myths said that there only a handful of ninetailed foxes existed at any one time. Ritsu had yet to meet another one. Until her kind got their ninth tail, they were still vulnerable to hunters. They could still get killed. The monks in Kumo's temple that a fox spirit achieve real immortality when they receive their last tail. However, no one has met a real ninetailed fox yet so it was hard to tell.
"Are you from a native here, Kisa? It's kinda hard to think of a cat being a native of an island." She laughed.

"Ah right" of course she wouldn't remember everything. If she's over a hundred, she could only imagine how her memories would become mixed up or jumbled. Even seem to blur together.
"Of course you are Ricchan!" She smiled brightly again. Well, its not every day you see an 8 tailed fox. Of course she was a real individual! Kisa only believed that the whole thing was just a Myth. But boy, was she proven wrong. And the proof was walking right beside her. Not to mention she was nice, and so not in the evil mind-set like Kisa figured to be the tailed fox to be.
Kisa giggled. "No, I'm not a native here, I'm only visiting, Sight seeing in short, My brother would NEVER allow me to live here" She laughed. The thought of being a native to this island was funny. Her brother hates going here and tries to avoid it as much as possible due to his water phobia. She never did understand why he was so scared of the water when Odessa lived in the sea like so.

"Oho~ You have a brother, huh?" Ritsu laughed, imagining this huge hairy cat afraid of the water. Felines could be so hopeless sometimes. Although, she did share some of their sentiments. It was difficult to dry her tail when it gets wet after all.
"So you travel too, huh? Fun way to pass the time, isn't it? Now that I've explored every nook and cranny in Kumo, I want to travel the world. Well, it's not like I haven't before but I have no ties in Kumo anymore, that's to say... I don't have to stay there anymore." Ritsu stretched and thoroughly enjoyed the thought of her freedom. It was as if she was chained or cursed in Kumo, she just couldn't find the heart to leave her homeland. Being a fox, she was quite territorial and it took a very very long time before she got mastery of that instinct.

Kisa giggled. "Yes, I have a brother, In fact we are twins" She said smiled, Oh she could go on and on about the stories her and her brother shared. They were always pleasant thoughts. "I also have an addoptive sister, Odessa-chan, But she's not a lion. Just someone me and Taky-kun consider family" To be honest, her family wasn't complete without Odessa.
"Why yes! Traveling is quite fun, I can never stand to be in the same place all the time" Not that she never liked a certain place. She found the beauty in everything. But that was just the thing. She wanted to see everything. "Mother always said 'you only live once, do what you enjoy and you'll never have any regrets' " Kisa said.
Her smile only grew at the thought of her mother. She looked up to her more than anyone in the world. In the darkest moments in her life, She stood strong for her children. And smiled for them. Taught them well.
