"Iku!!!!" yelled Victoria, The manager. She was furious and the whole diner could tell. This place looked like a mess and Iku was no where to be found Victoria then looked around her employee. When she found her she was.... flirting with the customer? and not only that what is that dress she's wearing! Bright colors does not fit into the dress code!
Victoria stopped over towards Iku. Mad as a hippo with a hernia.
"What are you doing flirting with customers and what the hell are you wearing?!?!" She yelled getting Iku's attention. And without even giving her a chance to explain she exploded once more. "No dont even bother to explain, You're fired!" The manager proceeded to stomp off.

"But i have to wo-" She started to say but she was then cut off by the screams of her boss. At that moment she chanted to herself 'don't snap, dont snap, for the love of god please dont snap' It was then when her manager started accusing her of flirting that she snapped. Her flirt? you're kidding right? Iku was married and happily at that. Sure they had their times but still, Iku would not trade Tyr for the world and yet her boss stood there accusing her of flirting? She oppened her mouth when her boss had cut her off once more. Saying she was fired. Iku became furious.
"NO! 1. I'm not flirting with ANYONE! 2. if you're going to complain about my dress, then why dont you fix that damn machine! ITS ALWAYS BROKEN! and 3. NO, I'm not fired I QUIT!!!" She yelled with steam coming out of her ears. She happened to like this dress and if she was going to accuse her of all those things, then she might as well not even try.
Iku sat down trying to regain her composer. When she looked at the artist. Well, she didn't have to work anymore. But she was still unsure about him drawing her.

Seeing the commotion between the manager and Iku Mitsuko stepped in and began to put in her two cents- giving the manager a peice of her mind, as well as defending Iku.
"You know miss manager there is a better way of talking to your co workers. Sometimes the rules must be bent. In Iku's case she was drenched- and do you expect her to be uncomfortable and catch cold? If you do then you are nothing but a mean lady who can't even make her workers feel at home. A home away from home.
I doubt you have known Iku long enough to know when her heart belongs with someone then she is committed to that person fully. Who are you to judge when you know nothing of her personal life? Let me tell you something people are all making a living understand?! And when they are making a living they deserve to have respect. To get respect you have to give it yourself. You treat others the way you want to be treated."
Mitsuko looked at the manager with fierce eyes and she had put her hand on Iku's shoulder.

Being a peaceful soul, Leo truly can't take in any squabbles or fights reaching his ears. He literally sat on the edge of the seat, watching the commotion in worry, joining the other customers to stare at the event occurring inside the diner. Only that, his expression doesn't display any sort of shock like the rest of them, just troubled.
The artist then runs his hand on the chair beside him, opening his large bag and rummages for something inside without even looking at it, his eyes are fixed to the three women. As a rather quiet man, he prefers to stay out of commotions like this and just merged in the background...but witnessing how the brash manager acts to her ex-employee, this just feels unfair to Leo.
"E-excuse me.." The timid young man swiftly steps in beside both of the parties, intending to be the middleman and make peace between them. "I apologize to interrupt the argument...or got myself in between you three like this for that matter...but uh..." He didn't even bother to end his sentence as he just simply gestured for the women to turn and look at the frightened/unsatisfied/worried customers watching them like owls.
Maneuvering his way around to stand beside the manager, Leo then suddenly grabs hold of her hand, places something inside her palm, and closes her fingers to cover the item. "Here's something to fix the machine over there. I insist," he let out a weak smile to her, then made his way to the other two.
"Would you ladies mind to join me for dinner...? It's my treat entirely," he offered, trying to be as hospitable as he can with his empty knowledge of treating women, and tried to smile using his unenthusiastic face. ...Truly, it's hard for Leo to show his emotions, no matter how much he wants to be nice and pleasant with others. So hopefully, these girls won't take his bored-looking face as to what he really feels.
Gesturing them to follow him, he then left the manager alone with a small sachet of his daily income from the bank. 'I hope its enough to fix that machine...' When in truth, it's more than enough to even fix the whole diner.

!! Mitsuko's eyes became ones filled with surprise. Did she just yell at the manager who was accusing Iku for doing things that she wasn't doing in the first place? Did she actually put someone on the spot and put the manager in her place? Yeah the young angel did.
"Sorry I didn't mean to yell at you miss manager but the next time you disrespect an employee remember that there are those that will tell you as it is. People in general have certain rights one of them is privacy. the second one is respect. Sure this may not be a happy go lucky world, but how you interact with others reflects who you are as a person, sometimes personalities clash with another persons but that doesn't mean we should go on ahead and make their life miserable, we may not like everyone in this world however... There are ways to handle interactions with people, it is a life lesson that should be learned, call me naive but once you know how you feel about yourself then you will know how to treat others but in order to make a change guess who it starts with? YOU."
Mitsuko then heard Leo's request and smiled.
"Dinner? Sure after all this excitement I believe it would do all three of us good."

((Sorry guys i only really meant for one post to be there ^^))
Victoria just continued walking away. She was already having a bad day she didnt need to have a group of people gang up on her because one of her employees were slacking off. Ignoring both the woman and the man she continued on her way, doing her job, now covering Iku's shift.

Iku was about to say something back when suddenly Michi did all the talking for her. It really was an odd picture because usually Iku was the one who did the yelling not the other way around. Iku blinked for a second trying to soak it all in. When suddenly the man she was just serving was now inviting her to dinner. Iku opened her mouth once again to refuse to go on a date with him when Michi was all for it. Thats when she thought to herself for a second. 'Well, it wouldn't be a date if Michi's there right? She thought to herself. Her stomach then growled as if it were a hungry bear
"Diner sounds nice" Iku said calmly realizing she had no other choice.

Leo sighed. He really didn't know why he offered them that, it's one of his spur-of-the-moment randomness acting up again. There are two available seats in front of his own, so he pulled them from under the table for the two girls to sit before going around the table to sit on his own seat.
The word 'date' never came across his mind, or he never even know the meaning of the word. "Glad you two could join me," he said none too happily. That's just his style - slow, lazy and bored. He haven't even touched his dinner yet, and his soup is getting cold. With this temperature, anything could get cold really fast.
"Firstly...I apologize if I'm the cause of your bad day," the artist turns to look at Iku, slightly nodding his head as in like a small bow. "Secondly, what would you like to eat?" He started to look around for any available waiter or waitress, subtract the one that's sitting with him in his table.

Mitsuko sat down next to Iku and after a few minutes of letting the tension from before- because of Iku's boss pass Mitsuko regained her calm angelic composure- her cheeks were red of embarrassment since she never stood up against someone who was in a higher position then her. But Mitsuko had no regrets standing up for her friend is something that should be done especially when her friend is innocent and is being wrongfully accused.
She waited for Iku to respond to Leo's question about what she wanted to eat- after all Iku was asked first and it would be impolite for Mitsuko to just jump in there and put in her order.

Iku ran threw the list of what they could order in her head. Working here for a few weeks, she already memorized the menu like the back of her hand. "Uh.. I'll have the sirloin" She said, seems how it sounded good anyways, and it was fairly cheap here.
"What are you going to get michi? She asked
((Sorry its so short i really didn't know what to say))

"hmmm... well lets see... I'm thinking.... egg fried rice, with a side order of wings, and to drink well.. I'm staying away from sodas so a nice cold glass of water with ice."
She is beaming with happiness and joy since being out and about is a joy to her.

Fortunately, Leo is able to call in a random waiter just in time for the man to jot down the girls' orders. After he left, the artist leans back on his seat, a lazy habit of his, and tries to start a light conversation before he takes off in a more serious matter.
"Are you friends for long?" he started shortly, not having too many experiences on discussing things with people...since he often avoids it and mainly listens. "The way you back each other up just now amazed me." The thought of introducing himself never crossed his mind....or it did, but he feels himself of an insignificant importance, so he refuses to do so.

Iku looked at Michi for a second. Trying to think just how long they have known each other. She brought her hand up to her chin, going deep into thought.
"Hm, I met Michi, shortly after i became a dragon rider, so...... 4 years? She asked herself and Michi. She still was conciplating it. She couldn't put the exact date they met seems how the day they met, she cant exactly remember right now. The furry of the certain boss, clouded her memory a bit.
"I think thats about right" She said

"Yes you are correct Iku. It has been 4 years since we have known each other. heheh there is nothing wrong with backing each other up right? Even I amazed myself when I did that for Iku. Usually I would be timid and uptight about getting myself in conflict. But Iku is my friend... I know that in the past whenever I needed advice and support from a friend.. Iku has been one of many that have been by my side."
Mitsuko paused for a minute realizing that she hasn't even introduced herself yet- with all the excitement she forgot to do so.
"I'm Mitsuko, but friends of mine call me Michi for short, and as you heard courtesy of the manager's loud and impatient voice this is Iku."

Leo could only nod his head at the two's explanation. 4 years is a pretty long time, no wonder they seemed so close. His eyes cornered at his untouched soup, busy thinking if he had any friends for that long. Well, most of the people who talks to him are his clients, so they're merely acquaintances of his instead of friends.
"One could do the most impossible thing for the person they care about," he replied to Mitsuko's statement. He never really had the experience to prove that, but he had heard of it before. "A wagon once rammed over a child and his mother. The mother got knocked back but her child was trapped under the heavy wagon. The mother, who only weighted about 40kg, managed to literally lift the 300 pound wagon off her child by the sheer power of her motherly emotions. ...She broke her spine, but her son lived it through."
Leo paused, impressed that he still remembered that story. ...Or more like a memory, actually. He inwardly smiled at himself that his mother had proved to him right in front of his eyes to the power of inner strength. His thoughts were interrupted the moment Mitsuko introduced himself, and the ex-waitress too.
"Ah. Pleasure to meet you, Mitsuko, Iku. My name is Leo," he tried to smile, but due to his inherited sickness, he's not able to smile that wide and long. "What are you two doing here in the arctics?"
