Zeph holds on to Orphion tightly, his upper body slanting forward to avoid the crazy hale of blizzard rushing past. Well, of course the blizzard winds are opposing them, Orphion's freakin' flying right INTO it.
Zeph would both yell and praise his dragon of this brave act if he were allowed to even speak inside this deafening blizzard. Of course, there's always telepathy, but he didn't want to disturb Orphion's focus. They're in flying training, after all.
When the blizzard had passed, Orphion released a sort of noise, more like a relieved sigh, dragon-style. And when he noticed that his rider is still on him, the blue dragon let out an even bigger relieving sigh.
"Good. You're improving."
"For your sake, Zephel. It's not like I enjoyed dropping you off of me as we flew."
"That seems to be your only flaw, Orphion. That's why we're training."
Orphion's attention doesn't seem to be on his rider anymore, as he sniffed an unfamiliar scent nearby. "Zephel, there's something down there."
"Is it alive?"
"Yes...I think.."
"Alright, let's take a look."
Lowering down his gliding, Zeph tries to peer through the thick misty air hovering around the area to see who's down there. He reminded himself that this is the glacial area they're hovering on, a definite spot for travelers to get lost in, at least without any airborne methods in their list of options.

With the sharp wind and snow whiping around Saphira, making her dress and hair dancing rough in the air, she stepped through the white valley leaving foot prints behind her. Those were very fastly disappearing again and making it impossible for any human to keep a straight way through this hell of a weather. Most likely you are freezing to death anyway before making it anywhere safe even if you knew the way.
But that didn't count for Saphira. With her inhuman strength she was opposing the wind and walked gracfully over the hills like its a warm summer breeze. And in fact, that temperature which was way beyond the neutral point, gave her a very comfortable feeling.
She was indeed able to find the next place with crowded humans with her dragon senses, but when she was starting her journey through the ice she did not think about the place she is heading to. She was only wishing to feel again the cool breeze and freedom of her homeland which she had not felt for so long. There was nothing else that mattered.
But who would have thought that she would even run into a lone soul out here. Saphira at least was way surprised after she felt a presence coming closer. 'Who on earth would be in an area like this?' A presence that seemed so familiar but at the same time totally different. Looking around in confusion she rose her head just in time before a massive dragon body blocked her vision when it flew past her.
Immediately she began to croach and grabbed tigher on her lance which she has been using as a cane before, narrowing her eyes to keep a sharp glance at her follower.

"Zephel! ...I sense..something strange within this being..." Orphion warned his rider, as he flew past this woman. His large wings shielding her from a heavier snowfall, and also to provide Zephel a good landing instead of being belted off by the strong gale.
"An Absolute?" That was the first guess in Zeph's mind as he took a brief glance of the woman during the time Orphion's passing above her. "A woman." He confirmed it, more to himself actually, the moment he spotted her wearing a dress. While traveling. In the snowy glacials. 'Right...people here are getting weirder and weirder...'
At the right moment, Zephel hops off of his blue dragon, then landed with a roll on the snow a few ways away from Saphira. The roll didn't come out as perfect due to the soft landing, and Zeph ended up laying on his back, complete with a depressing sigh.
"Are you alright?" Orphion called up his rider using their telepathy bonding connection, flapping his wings a bit to find a large and stable enough spot for him to land nearby after that long flight. He needed the rest while waiting for his rider to clear things up with this...absolute.
"Fine!" Zeph raised a hand up to signal Orphion, and after that he sat up then got on his two feet. He turned to the woman, stares at her for a while, then nodded in acknowledgment. The snow is still wildly falling from the sky, and at least the wind had lessen into slight breezes with Orphion blocking the way.
"I apologize for...dropping on your way...all of a sudden. Just checking if you got lost or something, Miss--" Zeph paused. Come to think of it, he'd never saw her around these parts before.

It was indeed a dragon, so her feeling wasn't tricking her. She eyed the creatures turning maneuver ready for anything if its going to approach her again. She remained in her defense stance when she noticed the massive shape returning through the blizzard again. Just when she was about to make a move a shadow jumped from the dragons back.
'A human?!' Distracted by its appearrance she lost track of the dragon which roared over her head. But since she was feeling that it wasn't attacking her from behind or something she continued to focus on the person in front of her.
Now she noticed that it was a young man who was getting up on his feet and looked at her. The snow was still raging around them, but she could clearly see his red eyes. The two figures in the snow stared at each other like if they were waiting for the other to make the first move.
But then the dragon appeared again, landing next to them and blocked the wind from roaring around them, which made it actually possible to speak out here. The guy used this opportunity to greet Saphira with a nod.
She was quite impressed to meet somebody around here and even more surprised that it was a human. "Uh, thanks I guess." Saphira replied, confused because this guy spoke to her like they just have met on the street or something like that. "It's Saphira. And who might you be?" she asked him in return. "I'm fine around here, but are you sure that you took the right junction earlier?"

'Her name's Saphira, Orphion.' Zephel mentally communicated with his dragon, concerning the fact that the blue dragon wishes to take part in the conversation as well, but was forbid by Zephel due to the weather they're in. And so, Zeph at least fills in the details to Orphion via telepathy.
"...I haven't heard of that name in the Weyr. Are you sure she's an Absolute?" Orphion replied, intrigued, but still stood motionlessly at the distance, blocking the winter milieu.
'Maybe she wasn't FROM the Weyr... Perhaps she's a fiancee for one of the Absolutes in the Weyr? Why else would she travel so far out from her clan to this domain?' The interaction between Zeph and his rider only lasts for a few seconds before Saphira asks if he took the correct junction.
That caught Zeph off-guard.
"What?" He can't help but to raise a brow at her question. He had the smallest urge to laugh, but that could also mean that she's downgrading him. Well, whatever the case, Zeph doesn't care, as long as she's not invading his space. "No, I'm pretty sure I got my route right. But I'm...surprised, honestly, to meet up an Absolute here."
Then Orphion noted him he hasn't introduced himself yet. "Oh, right... I'm Zephel. That's Orphion." He pointed his thumb over his shoulder to motion to his dragon.
Orphion, from afar, tilted his neck down slightly in a small bow. Deep in his mind, the blue one wondered if he had missed any of the Absolutes names, he's quite sure most of them have disappeared to somewhere already. The only one left and still within the perimeters of the domain in Sasuke.

Unaware of the conversation the guy had with his dragon via telepathy, Saphira was busy with her own thoughts when she eyed that dragon. She could feel his presence and could tell that its a dragon indeed. But at the same time it didn't feel the same like when she had met that Sasuke guy. Something was different about that dragon.
The strangers surprised expression drew Saphiras attention back to him. After he caught himself again he started for a counterattack, even if he probably didn't aim for it.
"An.. Absolute?" Saphira repeated with a confused expression on her face. What on earth was an Absolute? "I am sorry, Zephel, but I think you must mix me up with someone else."
Saphira started to get uneasy, but was able not to show it. She wondered if she should better not trust this guy and his dragon. Just the fact that a human was riding a dragon out here in such conditions was enough of a reason not to trust him.
"Well, Zephel.. and Orphion" Saphira was sure that the dragon could understand her, even if he wasn't in his human form. "What are the two of you doing out here?"
She managed to ask in a pretty normal tone, after all she knew how to defend herself if they try anything funny out of the sudden, so why feeling threatened in any way?

'She's not an absolute...?'
"Pardon?"
'That's what she said.' Zeph's eyebrows meet as he stares down at this woman, perplexed. "Well, that's strange... I was pretty sure both Orphion and I sensed the same thing..." The rest of his words got lost in inaudible mumbles, but he decided he wouldn't push the fact onto Saphira.
The silver-haired glanced behind his shoulder to take a look at Orphion in cue of her question. The blue dragon seemed to expose quite a number of small uneasy gestures without realizing he did, by shuffling its claws in the snow a bit and lowering down his neck slight as if the snow he's stepping on suddenly interests him.
Zephel released a singular chuckle out of his throat before turning back to the woman. "We're just out on flying trainings. Orphion there is quite embarrassed of the fact, actually. He kept dropping me off before, but he's grown to be a decent flier now." In normal circumstances, Zeph doesn't talk much, but when the topic's about Orphion, he can't help of the sudden surge of pride and joy. The dragon is his other half, after all.
He heard Orphion grumbling in the background, and Zeph slightly smirked at the sound. He turned his attention back to the female after Orphion quietens down. "What about you, Saphira? Where are you heading?" He wouldn't dare to add 'walking alone like this', since he knows how Absolutes gets if he pointed out something like that.

The wind was preventing Saphira from hearing Zephels words, but she did eye him sharply. There was obviously something bothering him. And what did they sense? "Excuse me?" She asked further, hoping that this man would give her a little more insight.
Also the dragon was getting uneasy by now. Saphira couldn't get rid of the feeling that it was because of her. She didn't let her guard down. "Oh?" Raising her eyebrows to express her surprise she took a closer look at the dragon. It was very unnatural for dragons to have riders back in her country. Afterall they also had their pride. Who knows? Maybe this dragon preferred his dragon form over his human form, and fully grows into his role as a subordinate... could be.
Still, she was kind of confused. The easiest way to find out what was wrong would be asking. But there are some unwritten rules of respect regarding the dragon race. You just don't ask a fellow if he wants to morph or asking stuff about it.
"I see, well things have to be learned if you want to master them. All the more if they are... out of the norm." The choice of her words might say something else, but Saphira was actually interested in that relationship between this human and the dragon.
And then the typical question rose that she had to answer. Where was she actually heading to? Saphira was just about to reply 'Whereever the wind takes me.' which did tell the truth, but it sounded WAY too cheesey in her ears.
"I am trying to reach the next city and rather walk the distance than doing it any other way." She said bluntly, while her body showed no signs of freezing. "I like the weather." Her replies must sound nuts to a human, but she expected the dragon to understand.

Zephel paid no attention to her growing curiosity of what he just mumbled, or presumably, he doesn't even noticed it. What he did notice is her choice of words in response of his comment about Orphion's flying development.
"Abnormal, you say?" He asks, trying to be courteous. "I'm curious of your perceptive." Zeph tries to block out Orphion's suggestion on walking with her to her destination. After all, Absolute or not, she's still a woman, and its against Zeph's principle to just leave a woman like this. It's only until her last statement that made the two turns their attention to her almost simultaneously. Both with wide eyes too, comically.
'She said she's comfortable with the weather.'
"She's definitely an ice dragon."
'Aren't blue Absolutes supposed to be males only..?'
"And isn't Sasuke fire-type? ...He has a strange taste for a fiance."
'...She's definitely not from around here.' Zeph did not notice his inner conversation with his dragon had made him quite silent for a moment, so he shook his head awake and tries to converse with Saphira...without trying much on being discreet.
"I don't know where you're from, Saphira, but around these areas, we called dragons that can take human forms, as Absolutes."

Saphira looked into their stunned faces, not sure what to response. Things had to be treated in this country more different than she thought. "Well, I.." She struggled for words until she realized that her opposite has gone a bit too silent.
Saphira tilted her head until Zephel finally spoke to her again. Now it was her turn for being surprised. This guy was definitely no dragon, but how did he know about her origins? "Wha- why do you think I am one of them?" It was obvious that his dragon was able to feel her presence like she did. But yet he hasn't taken part in the conversation... thats what she thought after all.
But now it actually made sense to her. The likes of her seem to have a name in this country. So thats why Sasuke was giving her that look when they first met at the Inn.
And now the fire dragons name went through all of their heads, unaware that he isn't even unknown to the other. "I understand. To explain myself earlier, let me tell you that where I come from we don't carry riders. But I guess its handled differently over here."

Saphira's initial denial of her race confuses Zephel more than it confuses Orphion. Though, now its apparent to the Rider that she's just being tactful of her true race, Absolutes don't gloat of their origins, they rather kept quiet of it. Zeph had learned this trait from the headmaster of his previous school.
"Well, Orphion sensed it, and in response, I did too." He replied to her uncertainty, briefly and straight to the point. It hit Zeph after a moment that it's probably not common for humans and dragons to interact with each other back at her place, so before she's confused, the silver-haired quickly added, "Orphion and I are...connected, in a way. We're one, and we share the same mind, if you could say."
Both Zephel and Orphion stayed soundless to listen to her explanation of herself after a moment of silent thought. With Orphion trying to crane his neck closer to listen, since the wind is obstructing his hearing. Zephel filled him in though, much to the blue dragon's delight.
'She is definitely from far FAR away, Orphion.'
"She is unaware of the difference between her race and mine, I suppose. Maybe you should--"
'Yeah, I think I should too.'
Zephel nodded as a start to show he's listening to her part of the background, before clearing his throat after a while and begins his part of the explanation. "Well Saphira, Absolutes here don't carry people too, actually. You see, Orphion here is not an Absolute."
Orphion nodded in confirmation of his Rider's words with a low sound of a sort of calm hum...or so it seems.
"Around here, he's called as a True Dragon. Many dragons here are True Dragons. The difference between an Absolute and a True Dragon, is that True Dragons cannot morph in human form." The man paused for a while, turning slightly to Orphion as if to ask for a permission of sorts, before continuing, "They are given a choice, however, if they wish to be partnered with a chosen human, whom then became their Rider."
The blue dragon let out a low short roar in respect and pride, as if the very things Zephel had said is something very sacred.
Zephel let out a small smile, mostly because of the sudden flash of memory of the moment when Orphion had chosen him as his Rider, and then shrugged it off. "Well...then you got us."

Nodding every once in a while Saphira signaled that she was listening carefully. In fact, she was fascinated. To know that dragons are treated as friends and partners was something she had never thought of, due to the decades of slaughtering between dragons and humans in her own country.
"I thank you for blending me in." She also gave a nod towards Orphion. So now she knew that he couldn't transform, but does that mean that he can't speak as well? "So you say, you two communicate with each other through your minds...? Is he able to talk to others as well?" It was hard to imagine, but it wasn't impossible, after all telepathy was a well known kind of magic. Saphira didn't possess it though.
She couldn't think of a better situation than meeting this guy to get to know this countries dragons. "So what about those Absolutes? Do they share a friendly relatioship with the humans too, like the True Dragons?"

Zephel turned his head over his shoulder to take a glance at the blue dragon in cue to Saphira's question of Orphion's ability to talk. Orphion did the same thing and took a glimpse of his Rider at the very same moment.
"Of course I am able to communicate to others..." Orphion didn't say it using his tongue, but rather simply echoing his thoughts towards the female. His voice doesn't even sound human, somewhat deep and resounding in her mind like an echo of sorts. "But it's rather...awkward..."
His saffron-colored eyes shone as he looked towards Saphira and slightly nod his head in recognition. "I am simply a mere dragon... Communicating with an Absolute is...too much of an honor to be granted to one such as me."
"Heh, he's just shy." Zeph flatly stated in short of what his dragon is rambling. He could feel Orphion is shooting him a glare from behind, and the silver-haired just emitted a sort of smug glow.
The two continued their squabble through telepathy, but then cease it down when Saphira started questioning. Zephel thought for a while on how to answer, basically trying to recall his memory if he ever bumped onto an Absolute like this before.
"Well...I have to say that even encountering an Absolute is a very rare occasion." He nodded slowly, now remembering his brief meeting with the headmaster of his last school, whom is also an Absolute. "But yes. The only one Absolute I have encountered besides yourself is friendly, easy-going even. He had gain many trustworthy friends from every race because of his nature, even humans."
Zephel paused for a while, then continues, "But I'm not so sure if that could apply for every Absolute...no offense. I guess it depends on the individuality of each one." He ended with a shrug, then turns towards Orphion, "Anything to add?"
Orphion seemed to be taken aback by his Rider's sudden admission, but the blue one gave in anyhow. "Well...I heard the Absolute that Zephel talked about has a cousin...or was it a brother. My apology, I didn't managed to get the facts straight. But he's in the perimeters of this domain, and he's the only one remaining. Perhaps you could ask him?"

Saphira tilted her head at the dragon when he started to talk to her. Slightly embarrassed by his words of acknowledgement she waved it off. "Hey, hey, cool it down. There is no need to put me that high." Saphira wasn't used to the status that the Absolutes had in this country, and she didn't like the idea of being set equal to them.
"Where I come from my race isn't treated with such respects. So there is no need to put me as one of your Absolutes just because we seem to have the same abilities." She looked over to Zephel and added. "I appreaciate it, but still I don't think its right."
She listened carefully to the stories Zephel and Orphion told her. "I see. So its basicly like back in my country too. There isn't a way to label all of us the same."
When Orphion mentioned the other Absolute who still seems to live around here Saphira got sharp-eared. "Well, I might say that I probably have met somebody that seemed to be one of those Absolutes. At least I could feel the presence of the dragon that was resting inside his human shape." Then she crossed her arms and her kind voice got a bitter smack. "If its the one you are talking about then I rather refuse to ask him anything... he didn't seem to be one of those people who like to tell anything about themselves."

Zephel nodded in response of her refusal to be labeled as an Absolute, and starting yet another mental discussion with his dragon. She has a point, and Zeph respects that. "Well, alright, if you say so. But we can't stop the people here form seeing you as an Absolute, so do forgive them."
Orphion supported from behind, nodding in a way to express his agreement. Though, when Saphira started to mention about this other Absolute she has met, Zephel and Orphion immediately turned to each other, then back towards Saphira, blinking in mild surprise.
"You've met him?" Both he and his dragon blurted out simultaneously.
'No kidding...'
"And she doesn't seem like she likes him either..."
"Wait, that means...you're not engaged to him?" Zeph tries to make sure with his theory.
"I told you she's too beautiful for him."
"Then...why did you come such a long way from your clan to here? We thought you're engaged to Sasuke." Bringing a hand up in defense, Zeph continues, "My apologies if my guess is wrong..."
