Ice... It was nothing...

[Rayl]

Rayl sighed as she took a rest at the Saltpetre Cave in the Arctic Mountains. She was immune to this cold element, since water and ice was her element. She looked outside of the cave, she don't need anything that would heat up her whole body. She is no fire user at all, one of her weakness is fire. So she doesn't come near to it.

It was a bit gusty with snow, she blinked at the white place. Ah yes, she haven't come to a place such like this. Yet she acts as if she knows the place; though after all, she have read books regarding the cold place like this. That is why she wanted to stay in a place like this. She wanted to feel the experience of living in a full white place like this.

"Seems that most are immune to cold..." she couldn't help but let out. She was inside the cave for almost an hour, and seems that no one bother to visit the cave and the place either.

[OPEN]

[Takato]

Takato was traveling, when he ended up in some parts of the mountains. And looks to be the wrong time to be traveling too. The winds were gusting everywhere, making it to where his cape didn't seem to stay on his body. Takato growled as the cold brushed up against his skin. He needed a place to warm up. Maybe change into warmer clothes. It was then he noticed a small cave in the distance. Just the thing he needed. He then walked over to the cave, The gust of wind that was making the snow fly everywhere made it somewhat hard to see.

Once Takato made it to the cave, He immediately took of his soaking wet shirt. Takato wasn't too cold but the wet shirt wasn't helping. Takato looked outside for a moment. It looked like Takato was going to have to camp out for a while. Takato then turned around to look at the rest of the cave. When he noticed a woman standing there. Takato starred for a moment. "Oh hello, When did you get here?" Takato asked. He didn't see anyone when he came in, nor did he see anyone come in after him. Maybe she was a cavewoman?

Takato took a glance over her. Naw, she was too hot to be a cave woman. That and she looked like she was wearing some kind of uniform. Why else would she be wearing a mini skirt in the middle of no where like this? Takato walked up to her with a smile, He placed his hand out. "The name's Takato and you are?"

[Rayl]

Rayl have felt another presence inside the cave, she was right. Though she was but confused at the guy in front of her. "A brave one who comes into a place like this... especially in a weather like this..." she thought out, looking at him blank.

She merely nodded as she look at his clothing, those were soaking wet because of the weather. "Rayl. Enzan Rayl" she answered and sighed. "Your clothing..." she started, nodding at his soaking wet attire. "You don't remove it or you'll get sick..." she answered nonchalantly. Almost, making some conversation at a stranger she haven't meet yet.

[Takato]

Takato looked at the girl, she seemed... emotionless? Even when she was somewhat concerned for him, he had a hard time finding the emotion in her voice.

"Oh, Dont worry I brought extra clothes" He said with a smirk. He looked at her once more. Though she was wearing a miniskirt she was completly unaffected by the cold. She looked even a little pale. But maybe it was just him.

"What are you doing here?" He asked her curiously.

[Rayl]

Rayl looked outside, she loves to watch those snow gusting around by the wind. She sighed as she heard the guy, she looked to him once again; her cold aquatic blue eyes gaze towards him with such a blankly look.

What is she doing here? "I wander here." she started as she looked outside of the cave. "Until the snowstorm came up..." she uttered out. She was partly right, she wandered this place just to see how this looks like. Until a minute or so, she have took a liking here and secretly took this cave as hers.

[Takato]

Takato looked Rayl. She was quite the different form the other women he has met. She only spoke when necessary. He raised an eyebrow at her. She was... weird. She needed to loosen up. Takato then pulled out a Dry shirt, pulling it over his head. It felt better now if only he could change his pants without offending this woman. Takato then pulled out a canteen filled with alcohol, he took a drink letting out a sigh of relief.

He then looked at his canteen then to Rayl. Maybe some alcohol will get her to loosen up? For some reason it bugged him if the woman was... quiet. Although there are times when he'd wish they would shut up, Takato wished this one would say more than three words. "Want some?" He asked her raising the canteen to her.

[Rayl]

Rayl couldn't help but side glanced at the guy, he seems to be a guy who wants nothing but to flirt all day long. She suddenly looked at him a bit surprised when Takato have offered her an alcohol to drink. She look a bit startled, she haven't drink such as that. And it would be her first time if she takes it.

She looked at Takato a bit blankly, not trusting the guy in front of her then to the canteen being offered by him. She shook her head, "No, thank you..." she replied, a bit respectful; a somewhat surprising thing to do. "I don't drink alcohol..." she let out, as she gaze away from him. She knows that he wanted to change clothes, meaning from top to bottom. She gave him privacy, her back facing Takato's front.

[Takato]

Takato looked at her blankly when she refused the drink. Ok so she didn't drink, that was understandable. What he didn't understand was she looked almost pale. Yet there was no shiver coming from her body. She was wearing a mini skirt for crying out loud. "Uh, alrighty then" He said confused.

She only threw him off when suddenly she turned around without saying a word. Of course this was the perfect time to change his lower half, but for some reason he felt differently. Quickly he decided to take the chance on changing. The warm pants felt so relieving. Even though it was cold while changing. Takato wasn't that cold anyways. He looked back at Rayl. "I didn't offend you did I?" He asked her curiously while putting on his boots.

[Rayl]

Rayl sighed as she looked at the snowstorm, she could feel that Takato changed his clothing. Because she let him, she was a half human after all; she could also feel the need of a human.

"I didn't offend you did I?"

She heard him speak, indicating that he is finished changing his pants. She looked at him and shook her head, "No, not at all..." she let out looking down suddenly. She sighed and suddenly looked at him. "Do you wander as well?" she suddenly let out, she was curious! Why do a man like him could wander a place such this! This place is a cold place, a zero degree place, with no living beings resided.

[Takato]

Takato nodded his head. "All the time" He said with a smirk on his face. Takato traveled everywhere, Cold places, hot places really strange places. Weather usually never really affected him much. It was as if his fur was built in right there on his skin. Or at least it felt that way. Who knew if its the way it actually wanted to work. Takato was glad he didn't offend her now.

"I'm guessing you do too if you traveled into these parts" Takato said with a smirk. Though he was still baffled by the fact that she was wearing a mini skirt when there was a blizzard out side. Even Takato couldn't pull that one, Even in his lion form he would still be freezing.

"Uh can I ask you something" He paused as he looked at her. He just had to ask. "Arnt you the slightest bit cold?" He asked pointing out the skirt.

[Rayl]

"I'm guessing you do too if you traveled into these parts"

Rayl looked at him and nodded, she looked at the cave and shrugged her shoulders. She looked at him, as his face were a bit unsure; she couldn't help but think of the guy in front of him as Leo when they first both met. Takato is also unsure so do Leo whom asked if what she really was.

Both seems to be same, Takato asked her about the weather and her feeling. She couldn't help but be pride of her skills. She nodded slightly at the guy in front of her. Though she was a bit embarassed at her skirt, ah right. Humans don't wear skirts when the weather is cold like this. "Oh," she suddenly uttered out as she looked down at her skirt. "I control the water and ice... I'm immune to the so called freeze bites and the coldness some says." she explained, a red tint in her cheeks were slightly visible.

[Takato]

Well that made alot of sense. An ice wielder not cold. It fit together like a puzzle pieces. The element of ice and water. Well, The water thing wasn't new but the Ice was. He then noticed the hint of pink appearing on her cheeks.

"You dont have to be embarrassed" He smiled at her. Obviously people have been pestering her about it. or else she wouldn't have had pink on her face.

"I think its cool honest!" Just as long as she didn't attack him with the water they were fine. Takato hoped she wasn't aggressive with her powers as a certain other woman was.

[Rayl]

Rayl couldn't help but be thankful of the guy, for he was being honest. She doesn't like people whom were praising her on the outside, yet cursing her on the inside. She just couldn't help the feeling that this guy in front of her is honest.

Though she furrowed her eyebrows as she noticed something. The guy seems to bare the seemingly cold place. She sighed and looked at him, "If I may ask..." she started as she looked at him. "How can you stand this cold weather?" she asked. "Can you bare this much of a weather?"

Rayl couldn't help but be thankful of the guy, for he was being honest. She doesn't like people whom were praising her on the outside, yet cursing her on the inside. She just couldn't help the feeling that this guy in front of her is honest.

Though she furrowed her eyebrows as she noticed something. The guy seems to bare the seemingly cold place. She sighed and looked at him, "If I may ask..." she started as she looked at him. "How can you stand this cold weather?" she asked. "Can you bare this much of a weather?"

[Takato]

Takato smirked at Rayl. It was hard to explain to her. Just thinking of explaining it was rather difficult. "Well, For starters, I'm a lion demon, I guess the only reason im not cold is well uh..." He had to think. It made sense in his head. but saying it out loud was the problem.

"I guess you could say it feels like i have the fur on my skin even thought its not really there" It was the worst explanation he had ever given, but it was the only way to describe it. He sheepishly smiled at her. Takato could only imagine what she was thinking at the moment.

"But it'll only last if the weather stays like this, If it gets any colder, I may just have to start wearing some layers" He said
