Name: Syani
Age: Lost count of her real age (looks about 17 to 20 or so)
Height: 156cm / 5'2
Race: Half-vampire, half-human
Class/Occupation: Sorceress / Enchanter
Country of Origin: Earacil Castle, Quaeriria
Country of Residence: Quekkori Village, Ianne
Background: Abused and harshly-treated by an all-female vampire clan during her childhood, Syani leads the rest of her life with an open mind and a wide view of opportunities, thanks to the teachings and positive drive she got from a nameless monk who had saved and adopted her. She was sent to an academy of sorts called Youkai High, where she developed her curiosity to delve in the arts of magic and enchantment.
During her later years as a teenager in Diabolic Domain, she desperately tries to improve her magical abilities to find out more about her forgotten memories(of her parents especially), and eventually, her hard work pays off when she finally learnt the truth of her past. Along the way, Syani also had attained a few new abilities and further strengthening her natural skills to prove her worth and break free from her seemingly fragile appearance.
Syani had also found a completely new challenge too, which is understanding her own emotions regarding a vampire she had met there, Kaekeru. She tried to deny her feelings due to her worth, or lack thereof, to even please a pure vampire like him, but his constant pursuance of her earned him her trust and she eventually reciprocated his feelings. The other vampires does not feel well of Kaekeru's relationship with Syani and tries to cause troubles for them.
All of a sudden, Kaekeru has gone missing.
Due to this, Syani unconsciously began trying her chance in the art of transportation to find him, and found that she's standing in a kingdom outside of Diabolic Domain, Ianne. She spent the next few years transporting herself to different places inside the country, finds her way back to DD, learns to flag where she had already been, and even tries to draw a decent map of the whole country. What started as a quest to find her precious person ends up being a long-term interest for her, so while she's trying to find him, she also tries to explore the places and to keep records of her findings. At the current moment, Syani is building a map of the entire domain.
Personality: Syani is an especially bubbly young lady with a sense of adventure, even through the most mundane of life's daily offerings. She is like a whimsical, happy-go-lucky, mischievous child, that somehow naturally would end up causing the most unexpected of calamity. This half-vampire, although naive and clueless most of the time, could grasp a more mature trait when the time is right. Her acknowledgment of her true past had also made Syani at least a little bit mellower than before...if the incident is reminded to her.
She's very obliged if she realized she did something wrong, and would stretch to her furthest to set her debt to be paid. Her stubbornness is also one of her flaws, and as she was brought up not relying on anybody, it's very difficult for Syani to purely depend on someone. This makes her especially annoyed if she either got treated or unconsciously acted, like a damsel in distress.
To sum it all up, Syani is a sweet though insane girl, trying to be independent more than she could, and trying to take in all of life has to offer to her...while smiling all the way, even through the horrible of catastrophes.
Strengths: With skills, Syani is admittedly talented in telekinesis, though she had sealed it off with a bat-like necklace dangling around her neck, for minimizing the problems she could naturally initiate. She's also very gifted in potion-brewing, charm-making, and recently transportation, while still is trying to find out more of what she is able to do. Syani is also capable of defending herself by pulling out the most random of contraptions when threatened.
Mentally, the half-vampire is extremely optimistic and thankful, preferring to say "at least"s instead of "if only"s, and would stood her ground if anybody threatened her beliefs. Physically, because of her main strong point was sealed most of the time, Syani now possess rapid speed and agility, thanks to her loyal mob that had chased her since she was a child.
Weaknesses: To start, Syani is a bumbling idiot on aspects such as sensitivity issues, common folk-knowledge, general noise limits, and of course, her personal feelings. She doesn't like to get in touch with her feminine side much, preferring to avoid or escape from it. She's also very slow to catch up on underlying meanings, and her consciousness for realizing the effects of her actions is close to non-existent.
Syani also suffers from aphenphosmphobia, a fear of being touched. She would minimally cringed when touching somebody, and could entirely blow up a large solid structure as a maximum effect(only if her necklace was being taken off). Her new-created potions also backfires her more often than not when she's experimenting, and Syani herself, since small, is famous for her strange fear of 'mushiness' as she worded it out.
