This was one of the few places that according to her trustworthy intel; the safest area for her. And for a person like Myrra who continuously kept being targeted with a large bounty on her head, she looks forward for a peaceful evening by herself without fearing for the worst all the time.javascript:add("","")
Myrra fears almost everything, her trembling and stuttering is almost her trademark wherever she goes. So to walk in the infinite lands of grass without the thought of assassins hiding and lurking somewhere to steal her life is a precious moment for her.
After a while of strolling through the grasses and staring up the cloudy sky, the redhead then plops down, thankful that the grass are so thick it softens her landing. She heaved off a calm sigh, feeling good that her heartbeat didn't pound against her ribs like crazy for once, then loose herself to lay on the grass.
She has her eyes closed as she felt the wind against her skin. When she opened her eyes to take a look at the drifting clouds, a vague image overlapped reality.
A man clothed in green, wounded and bloodied up, was on top of her. Crying. Screaming. Screaming something mutely, Myrra couldn't hear anything. Her eyes rounded wide as she just stared up at this man's face in fear and shock.
His eyes are shadowed.
"AAAHH!!!" The girl immediately sat up, breathing wildly in utter shock. Sweat trickled down her face, her wide frightened eyes leaking out tears at the sides of her eyelids, and her whole body quivering on its own.
That image disappeared when she sat up, and might just return whenever she laid down on her back like that. It made her so difficult to sleep at first, to be seeing that same scene in front of her eyes for years, even waking up from sleep is just as traumatic.
"Why won't you just stop....?" she whispered, propping her knees up and rested her arms and head on them in an attempt to calm herself. She was scared of that man for a long while, he impacted her so much, he's a frequent guest in her paranoia nightmares and overlapping realities.
"Please....." Slowly, she lets her tears free. Crying is her outlet; it strengthens her, it made her aware of what's hurting her, it signifies that she had reached a certain limit, it gave certain realizations to her, and it calms her.
Out of everything that she fears, Myrra undoubtedly is afraid of that man the most.
Once she calms down, she kept resting her head on her folded up arms on top of her knees, catching her gasps and sobs and just stared at the grassland stretching miles and miles away at her side.

Felix had been long searching for the girl who had managed to get away from the army life they shared together. He knew that he was the main reason she desired escape but a strong part of him could not leave her be. Even though she feared him, he longed to be near her and he would stop at nothing to find her. As the evening rolled in, Felix decided it was time to find a quiet and secluded place to rest.
He came upon a vast meadow and made his way through to an area nearer the middle. There was a sort of calm to being in the center of such a massive expanse of land, making it seem unending on either side. It reflected to him the vast expansion of the anguish that lay within himself.
He lay back and watched the sky for a while as clouds slowly made their way above. A part of him wanted to cry as he thought of his reasons for his journey and instead he closed his eyes and took a deep breath. Images of her sprawled themselves throughout his mind; from that gentle smile at their first meeting to those frightened tears on her traumatized face time after time throughout their missions together.
His face grimaced at the thought of the cause of those pained tears and he pulled an arm over his eyes as silent tears of his own escaped them. ’Myrra….’ he thought in anguish and self-disgust, ’I’m sorry…’
His tears did not last long as he managed to pull himself together and he soon after managed to fall asleep in the calm of the breeze around him.
Awoken by a scream of a familiar tone, Felix’s eyes shot open immediately. At first, he questioned if the scream had come from within his own dream. The imaged of her terrified face appeared in his mind the second after the scream was heard.
Felix’s breath became still and silent as he listened for any other sound among the grassy plains. A slight murmur of a voice seemed to penetrate the stillness and soon after he could hear the faint sound of crying.
He slowly sat up, peering over the grass to look for where the sound was coming from to see that familiar hair not too far from him. It felt almost like his heart had stopped for a moment as he thought to himself that his search was finally over. She was facing away from him which made him both feel a little safer and a little more unsure.
He slowly stood and, as quietly as he could with the sound of the breeze in the grass, he made his way towards the girl, stopping just a few feet behind her and staring down at her as she stared out across the plains. She must not have been aware of his presence at the moment, he figured, or else she would have already likely run screaming from him. A light feeling of joy at finding her mixed with the fear of drawing her attention and losing her filled his mind as he stood, deciding to himself what to do. He had set out to find her but hadn’t had the slightest thought of what he would first say to her upon finally reaching her.
He figured suddenly being so close right behind her would frighten her too much so he backed up as quietly as possible and slowly made his way around her in a wide diameter with his eyes never leaving her as he slowly breeched her line of sight.
He held a vexed expression of worry along with a very minimal smile. ”Myrra…” He finally managed to speak her name softly, in a gentle tone that seemed to dance along with the breeze. He hoped that she would not run but held little faith in that hope.

Myrra could only hear her breathings mixing with the slight breezy sounds of the winds, slowly and steadily. She made no attempt whatsoever to dry her eyes even after she had stopped crying, she knows the wind will dry them up soon enough, and she's planning to stay in that spot until she could clear her head.
'Am I a coward?'
She had questioned herself several times for months ever since her fear of him took over, she's a slave of her own fear, and she would comply to it, refusing to take any chances whatsoever to expose herself to pain. She's a coward. And Myrra's sure she's comfortable with it as long as she's safe from harm.
Even if it means sacrificing herself from unspoken hidden wishes.
'Does Felix thinks I'm a coward?'
Myrra cringed at the question again, even thinking of his name made her whimper and immediately flashes of images started flooding her mind, all the scary ones stayed permanently in her memory. ...Then again, during all of the times when he smiled also stayed permanently.
She had often realized that it's her biggest mistake to leave the army, to abandon the answers of her biggest questions, to escape her own mission in compliance of fear. To not give him a chance to speak. ...Perhaps that's why he forced himself to her in order to get his points across, yet she was so taken aback by his sudden assertion, it ended up frightening her all the way more.
"Why am I such a coward?" her voice sounded slightly stronger as she pulled her face away from her arms to look back at the calming meadow. She feels like crying all over again for her inability to display even the smallest speck of courage, and as she settled her hazy vision to the side, Myrra caught a blur of green that does not match the rest of the grass.
She broke her tightly secured arms locking her knees and fell back with her hands against the grass behind her, taking full view of the impossible image in front. Felix is standing right there. Her glassy eyes widened in shock, almost believing it's another illusion her paranoia generates daily.
"Coward! You're such a coward!"
A strange but familiar voice echoed clearly and loudly in her mind all of a sudden upon clashing gazes with this man in front of her. It sounds like Felix's voice, yet it doesn't sound like him in a way. That sort of strain in that voice...that sounds just like the time when said Felix screamed at her years ago.
Eyes widening even more as a response, Myrra spun around and was on her feet within moments. Though, she did not sprinted away from Felix like everyone would expect her to do out of fear. In the midst of the sudden surge of anger of her own cowardice, the small girl literally bounded off her feet and rammed herself towards the figure in front of her, arms in front.
She puts all her weight in that push, expecting it to be enough to drive Felix off his balance, to make him fall. "I'm not a coward!!" She screamed all of a sudden, the strain pushing her tears out, "I'm so tired of running away from you! I'm exhausted! I got alerted every time I was informed you were near! I ran off so much! Why must you--!!"
By this time, Myrra was visibly crying and wailing, one of her arms covering her eyes as she attempted to dry her eyes to at least look at the man clearly. It proved to be too hard for her as she fell on her knees on the soft grass, still crying and her voice softens down considerably as she settled for a question to ask him.
"Felix, what.. what do you want from me..?"

He stood there in the meadow, staring at the girl, unsure if she heard him and still trying not to frighten her away. He suddenly heard her voice again as she lifted her head, trying to make out what she had said. He saw her look straight at him now and she seemed to fall back slightly in shock. He braced himself for her reaction and continued watching her with a vexed expression of worry.
Felix took in a few deep breaths as he saw her stand up, fearing she'll run away but was incredibly astounded when she broke out into a run towards him. His eyes widened as she came towards him and he braced his mind and body for the push he expected seeing her position right before she rammed into him.
He didn't fall over, but he was pushed back a few steps. Felix stared at her in shock and awe as she yelled at him. He was stuck for words and just stared at her like a deer caught in headlights. He wanted to reach out to her and hold her while she cried but he held himself back, unsure how she'd respond to that.
As she dropped to her knees, he slowly knelt as well to be near face level with her. When she spoke again, he froze for a minute, thinking on what to say in response and stared at her. He then swallowed and recovered his face to normal from the shocked one. "I want you... to recognize me... as a man who loves you."
With that, Felix's eyes started to water a little bit along the rim. His eyes remained wide and worried as he stared at her for her response. "I never wanted you to see that other side... I never wanted you to be afraid of me... " A few tears started to form in his eyes and leaked out as he maintained his form as best as he could in front of her. "I love you.. Myrra."
A few more tears fell from his eyes against his will as he finally said the words he had wanted to say to her for such a long time. He felt happy about that but also worried and afraid for her reaction, not sure how she would respond and fearing she would reject him again immediately.

Myrra was silently thankful that Felix kept his distance when she's at her weakest, she dislike if anybody were to touch her, even on normal terms. Her teary eyes makes it hard for her to see clearly of how Felix is taking all of this childish cries and sobs. She can't even stop hiccuping now after pulling her sleeve up and wiped most of her wet face.
The man is in front of her now, on his knees, and Myrra could pick up distinct but definite signs by the way he knelt and how his expression changes that Felix is being so very careful, like he's handling something so delicate right now. Like he could break her if he did the wrong move.
As he spoke, cautiously and gently, Myrra holds into his every word as he kept pausing in between his sentence, and when he finally declared his surprising wish, Myrra's creasing eyebrows arched up high. She certainly did not expect this, and all of a sudden, everything started rushing to her.
All this while, she has been running from his...confession? His entire reason to find her is to state his feelings for her? But...she escaped in the first place because he...frightened her. He frightened her so considerably, she even thought he's been tracking her all these while to kill her.
Her eyes darted around Felix's soft expression as she thought about all of this, is he telling the truth? When all of a sudden, she could see a sort of shine in his eyes. 'It couldn't be...' She squinted the excess water out of her own eyes to try and see it clearly if what she's witnessing now is really happening. 'Is... Is he...'
Her attention is fixated towards his eyes and nothing else, though her ears are sharp enough to hear what he has to say. Felix's voice sounds strange as he told her that she wasn't meant to see his 'other side' and at this, Myrra's brain geared up into overdrive. Her memory quickly recalled the small bits of information she managed to dig about him, piecing them together with the current revelation of this 'other side', and within moments, and this happens less than a second, she whispered out quietly to herself of what she came up, "...PTSD..?"
Post-traumatic stress disorder. She have received information of how the police tried to make him talk about a certain tragedy that happened when he was a child, and though she prefers not to go too in-depth of Felix's past, she could correctly guess what had happened, and what could possibly awaken this 'other side'.
As she was getting warmer in creating plausible theories of what had actually happened in her mind, her eyes that were so intent towards his pair of emeralds finally caught a sight she could have never imagined of happening. Felix is shedding tears in front of her, this is something fairly big to her since she had never once been a witness of another person crying in her sight, and then the words that passed through his lips.
Being brought up in such a rough atmosphere, Myrra is normally horrible in recognizing people's care, she just doesn't expect to be on the receiving end of anyone's care or love. So when a situation such as this is presented to her, the redhead has no idea how to respond to such a surprise.
Though, what attracted her attention more, is the tears that began to roll down Felix's cheeks. It alarmed her somehow, because all these while, it's her that's crying her eyes out, so when seeing a person --Felix-- with tears in his eyes, Myrra automatically pulled herself up on her knees and drag herself to close the distance between them a bit, before extending her arm just to shakily put a pale hand on the side of his face, carefully, although a bit scared.
Her mind is still reminding her this is the same man who had scared her to high hell, who had traumatized her terribly, but said man looks so vulnerable right now, as if waiting for her permission or something, when in reality he's waiting for her answer. Myrra does not realized this, she's more appalled by the fact that he's crying right now.
"D.. D-don't cry... Felix, it's okay... Please don't cry..." Her voice whispered comfortingly and almost maternally in a way. Her small hand, although visibly shivering, gently wiped his tears away, when her own still haven't fully dried off yet. "W-what..you never wanted...happened, Felix.." Myrra explained softly. "I am, still...afraid of you.. But this is who you are, a-and I understand now...of why you acted the way you did.."
She pieces her words together carefully, her hand not leaving his face, though her touch had softened down from being so shaky. "You have a kind heart... I-I know that much is true, Felix." The smallest of smiles graced itself upon her lips, "I won't...misunderstand you now.. This way...it is easier to learn...how to love you back."

Felix's eyes widened as he saw Myrra herself move closer to him and reach her shaky arm out to place a hand on his cheek. Her soft voice whispering comforts to him surprised him beyond belief, making his tears stop while he just looked on her with his wide eyes. He took great comfort in the feeling of her hand wiping away the tears that had rolled down his cheeks and he longed to do the same for her but held back still due to her arms visibly shaking still, indicating she's very timid at the moment.
His ears clung to her voice as he spoke and his eyes slowly relaxed to a half closed state as he looked down sadly with her words and let out a small breath as she spoke what he already knew. His eyebrows furrowed together at hearing her say she is still afraid of him but he understood why and looked back up at her with sad eyes as she continued.
A hint of curiosity sparked in his eyes as she said she understood why he acted as he did, wondering if she had found out about his past way back. His face then relaxed a little more as her hand shook less and she told him he has a kind heart and that she knows it. The appearance of her delicate smile brightened his spirits a little more and he slowly began to show crackings of a smile in return.
What she said next made him incredibly happy as his smile grew with each sentence that escaped her, a genuinely happy and relieved look on his face. Forgetting about her fear in that moment, he smiled a bit brighter as she finished and slowly reached his hand up to place it over hers that was on his cheek.
He closed his eyes for a moment then looked back at her with a happy smile as he reached around her quickly and hugged her. "Thank you, Myrra." He said to her in a relieved tone. "I love you."

It as been a while. It has certainly been a while to see Felix smiled like this. Myrra briefly wondered if he haven't smiled like this in the course of her absence, and felt entirely bad to be blocking that sort of charm from him.
Still, seeing him so happy like that, placing his hand on top of her own, reminded her of that certain familiar rhythm her heart used to beat when he's near. That former rhythm before she caught side of his darker side. Feeling her heart thumping that same rhythmic beat after such a long time both surprised her and frightened her.
She fears that this sort of acceptance will repeat the tragedy before. Is it more likely to happen now? She shrugged her thoughts, the possibility is highly there whatever the case, so she needs to brace herself for everything now. For he is her entire fear.
The way he smiled calmed her in a certain aspect that she herself is unable to explain. It almost made her feel at ease for the very thing she feared the most; him. Or at least...his other side. In order to take one step ahead of it, she needs to understand Felix fully.
Myrra cannot believe she's facing her biggest fear with a smile on her face now. Felix's genuine smile can do that to her.
It definitely shocked her when she sensed Felix suddenly moved in close and entrapped her within an embrace. Her normal automatic reaction to this is to push away and gain her distance, whatever pure his intention may be. Though, by the moment he thanked her, her usual automatic response failed her.
And for once, Myrra is glad her reflex failed.
She's not particularly comfortable in the hug, yet she doesn't exactly hate it. Her cheek is squeezed against his collar bone, feeling a cold texture of something against her skin. She pulled her face away a bit to see what it is, and caught herself staring at Felix's dogtags. She wondered for a moment on what exactly drives him to join the army in the first place.
Myrra doesn't know how to response to his confession yet again, so the redhead looked up slightly and smiled shyly. She isn't used to this. Nor is she used to not knowing what are the reasons behind implications. There are so many questions she would like to ask him, but at the same time, she doesn't wish to overwhelm him.
"Felix.." Her voice is so faint, some might mistook it to be just the wind. "How...c-can you tell? ..Of your feelings. H-how...can you be sure...that it's love?"
Whatever 'love' is. People can define it in so many ways, Myrra gave up pursuing the meaning through the words of others. Yet, she's curious of his perceptive of the topic.
"..That it's...genuine.."

Felix held her a moment longer before loosening his grip on her and looking down at her, a slightly worried look in his eyes as he wondered if he scared her or if she was okay with him suddenly hugging her like that. Seeing a smile on her face made his smile light up again and he let go and sat back again in front of her.
He listened intently to her question which caught him a bit off guard and his face flushed a little pink in tint. He looked down with a slight blush then looked back up at her. "Since the moment I saw you and.. every moment I spent with you... until..." he trailed off, not wanting to specifically talk about the first time he flipped in front of her and he looked away a moment, his face turning sad.
He blushed slightly again as he pushed the thought away and pulled himself to continue. He looked up at her again with a small smile and that pink tint in his cheeks. "Those moments... were some of the times I felt the happiest... Seeing you... being around you... always seemed to make my heart beat faster... Even now." He let the last two words out with a slightly nervous chuckle as his smile cracked open a bit more and he blushed to the side again.
His eyes followed back up to her and he sat up a bit straighter, a somewhat more serious look beginning to form under his smile and slight blush. "I don't want to be the person you're scared of... rather, the person who saves you.... For you...." he paused a moment and looked away again, trying to reword his sentence again.
He looked back at her with a sadness in his eyes and a serious look on his face. "for you... I want to defeat... myself." He said, hoping the message he intended came across as he watched her with that serious and sad look.

Myrra tilted her head slightly at his explanation, or rather internally questioning if that can be considered as an explanation. She had noticed how his face is colored in a shade of pink when he spoke of certain topics, and found it to be rather adorable.
"I...made you..happy?" She wondered what exactly did she do to have made him felt happy, and as he went on that by just seeing and being with her made him felt such things, Myrra's eyes widened slightly. "Truly..?" It sounded rather...magical to her. Perhaps it was how Felix worded it out, but it surprised her such simple gestures could make someone feel...happy.
She had unconsciously placed her hand on her chest, in response to how Felix said that it made his heart jumped. Her own heartbeat just did the same thing, but Myrra was never quite sure if it's out of fear or something else entirely. Her eyes never leaving his, she even counted how many times he blushed like that. Myrra can't help but to smile at how gentle this man is, it didn't seem fair for him to be going through such hardships.
When Felix's expression changed, Myrra braced herself for the news. His words caught her by surprise, her eyes scrutinizing Felix as he paused in between his message. Once he's finished, Myrra's lips parted slightly and her eyes starting to get glassy.
Without warning, the girl suddenly puts her hands on Felix's, a rather determined glint glazed over her features. It's rather hard to see that since her eyes are watering up all over again and it made her seem as if she's trying to hold back her tears or something of the sort.
Still, her words completely destroyed that sort of assumptions. "Let me help you!" Because the whole reason she's seeking truth as far as being hunted for it, is to help others within the shadows. So her tone of voice heightens passionately, "I can help you! ..I can...I definitely can...help you."
The passion in her voice faded when she thought of the possibility being caught in a situation with his other self taking over. The thought scared her, but if she kept running away forever, how can she find the truth?
The doubt in her eyes must have been obvious, so the redhead sighed softly. "I.. I'm sorry, if I unintentionally hurt you, Felix.. I am still afraid of you, and I hate myself for feeling so.. But I need to understand you. So I am determined to take this step, for you."
Her voice doesn't have that usual stuttering or mumbling this time, and it's rather strange for Myrra to be displaying such rare strength in her eyes. Yet, she chose to be honest about the whole situation, constantly reminding Felix of how scared she is of him, a trauma isn't very easy to dispose of. And it takes courage to go through the whole thing head-on.
"Oh!" As if she had remembered something important, Myrra pulled her hands back from touching Felix and blushed at how she forgot to do so earlier. "Um... I-I'm sorry.."

When she asked that she made him happy, Felix blushed a bit with a smile. "Yeah... Being around you... I was always really happy." His brows furrowed again as he thought Except when I was worried about turning in front of you and scaring you.
When Myrra suddenly put her hands over his, his eyes widened in shock. He stared into her determined expression with a surprised look on her face and a hint of blush in his cheeks again. He noticed her eyes watering again like she was about to cry but the surprised look overtook any concern he was beginning to feel when she requested him to let her help him.
His expression was that of total, frozen shock at her declaration. He listened to her as the shock slowly wore off and a smile began to grow in its place. His smile faltered again when she began to apologize and he hung on every word she spoke. He knew that her fear of his other self wouldn't disappear so easily, but her determination to understand him better and help him made his smile grow back as she finished.
He smiled at her with a thankful glint in his eyes, as he looked at her, glad that she was the one he fell in love with. His face turned back to surprise as she let out a noise suddenly then moved her hands off of his and blushed. He smiled again and chuckled lightly at her as she apologized. "It's okay." He said after. "You can touch me all you want, in whatever way you want, even if you want to hit me, that's okay." He said with a smile and a loving gaze at her.

The pink hue on Myrra's face deepends considerably when Felix actually gave her the permission to touch him in whatever way she wants. She's facing downwards with a sort of intense glare to the grasses by how immensely embarrassed she's feeling now, and at his words that he's okay with her to even hit him, Myrra shook her head sideways vigorously.
"N-no, no..!" Now raising her chin up to look at him again, a frown is visible on her lips. "I could never! I can never hit you, Felix.. I... Even earlier, when I crashed onto you, I instantly felt guilty of doing so.." Looking downwards again to hide her flushing face, Myrra rapidly blinked her eyes to ease down how warm her face is.
But she's smiling, nonetheless. She's smiling at the fact that he allowed her. Myrra was silent for a moment, but then her voice slowly breaks the still air, "F-Felix..?" She tried to raise her head to face him, but she feels so uneasy to even be thinking of requesting this particular thing to him, she pulled her head back down.
"Um.... C..C-can I..." Obviously, Myrra is quite mortified by what she's about to ask, but he had already allowed her to do what she wants just seconds ago, so the redhead forcefully looks back up at Felix with the deepest tinge of red present on her whole face and then finally opened her lips.
"C-c-can I...t-touch your..chest.. ...T-to feel your heart? ...And to listen...to your...heartbeat..." Her voice drowns slower and quieter with each word said, obviously very embarrassed by this request, yet she pushes herself to ask nevertheless.
Since she did promise herself to be braver to him, and for him.
When she was younger, her brother has a habit of hugging her a lot during the times when she was crying. It was such a common reoccurence, she picks up an automatic pattern to listen to his heartbeat whenever he embraced her.
At this moment, she misses that sort of gesture that she wondered if it can be considered indecent to asking such a strange appeal from him.

Felix blushed a bit again as Myrra said that she could never hit him. Even if she were to hit him, he would not be physically hurt by her. Simply saying that she would not hit him regardless of that fact made him feel like she did indeed care about him. He smiled with a hint of pink in his cheeks as she admitted she regretted crashing into him before. "It's okay." He said with a reassuring smile towards her.
"Hm?" He questioned as she called out his name. "What is it?" As she began to ask him something, obviously seeming a bit hesitant of what she wanted to ask, he remained quiet, patiently waiting for her to finish her request. His eyes opened a bit more at the side of her face looking incredibly red as she looked straight up at him.
What came out of her mouth next caused Felix's face to flush red also, but not nearly as red as hers was. "Y..yeah... Sure... Anything you want." He said, smiling again with a blush as he sat there on his knees still, his arms at his sides so she could touch his chest freely and listen to his heart.

Myrra's breath kept getting itself caught in her throat. This situation is so strange and unlikely, especially with Felix in the picture, she thought she was hallucinating. Her eyes are darting up and down, from his face to the grass below.
Her heart felt like it might just explode out of her ribcage when Felix actually allowed her to do her strange request. She noticed how he lets his arms falls at his sides, almost as if inviting her in.
This internally made her head exploded that Myrra immediately froze. "U-um.. Uh... Mmmn....." She made incoherent noises that it almost sounded rather cute with her being so incredibly flustered like that.
In the end, she surrendered her own wish out of too much blood traveling up her face.
"A...Ah... T-th..th-that's....o-o-okay, I... I uh..." The poor girl can't even speak clearly now as she just uses her hands to animately swish from left to right in front of her, indicating that she's quitting.
"I... I-I...I can't..." Her head also is rather active in shaking. This is so embarrassing, Myrra hoped the overflow of blood in her head would knock her out.

Felix kept his green eyes on Myrra with a blushing smile on his face as he watched her nervous expression as her eyes kept moving in all directions, unable to keep them on his own eyes. At her cute incoherent noises, Felix wanted to chuckle at her. He held back from doing that but his smile only grew as he watched her with loving eyes.
At her refusal to go through with her own request, Felix quickly snatched her hands that kept moving about and pressed them against his chest by his heart. His own heart was beating at an above normal pace as his blushed increased a bit more with his smile. He never took his eyes from her, trying to catch every overly nervous action she made. He found her to be especially cute at this moment.
"It's okay... see?" He said after a moment as he watched her, holding her hands gently but firmly against his chest.

Myrra literally squeaked like a baby animal when Felix took hold of her hands and pressed it against his chest. Her whole upper body is slanting backwards by the surprise, and even her face is turned sideways with her eyes tightly closed.
It took her until Felix said that it's okay that she cracked one of her eyes opened, then slowly both of her eyes, then finally her whole body's muscle relaxed at seeing that her hands are really touching his chest. The redness have never left her face.
"F-Felix..." she whispered, "Y...your...ch-chest feels...so warm.. I-I'm sorry, are my hands cold..?" She asked with a worried frown to him. Looking back at her hands there, Myrra slowly widens her fingers and pressing them against his shirt.
Somehow, she's unable to feel his heartbeat still, so Myrra actually began to scoot closer to the man, and then very slowly lowers her hands against him so she could rest her head over his heart. She gasped slightly, because the moment she could feel his body heat against her cheek, Myrra could immediately hear his rapid heartbeat.
Her eyes are wide and her lips are in a perfect 'o'. This simple gesture could fascinate Myrra so much that she just stayed there till the redness in her face completely disappears. "Felix..." She finally said.
"Your heartbeat matched mine.."
