Zephel had his eyes on to the dog sleeping beside him while opening the mineral water in his hand. He really didn't want to show it, and he hoped it didn't strike out of his face or anything, but listening to this boy calling him "Aniki" made Zeph felt rather...happy in a way, more of blessed actually. It felt good, that he belonged somewhere once....if only he could remember it.
He took a gulp of water then looks at Eyami when he began to explain. Zeph listened to the first part rather placidly, but when he hears of the fact that all six of them got weaker just because he was lost, he swallowed the water a little bit too fast that it made him coughed.
"What?" After recovering from the temporary choke, he studied Eyami's eyes as if it can project the truth out of it. "Huh... Well that explains a lot of things.." he reached for the back of his neck to scratch his hair a bit, now he knows why his endurance is horrible and why Hikaru's limits and abilities being so hard to stretch. He can't even begin to imagine what the rest of them have to endure due to his absence.
"...How did that boy honestly forgot to tell me of something so important like this..?" Hikaru appalled him, really. Now he's worried if there's anything else that redhead had failed to notify him. With two fingers rubbing his temples, Zeph got an instant headache just thinking of that forgetful brother of his.
He released his face a bit, however, when Eyami admitted that they missed him. '..Well that's..strange, I thought--' His eyes snapped over to look at the red-eyed young man in front of him when he finished speaking, only to not see those red eyes looking at him.
Zeph took the chance to study the boy, his hair, his clothes. Zeph wondered if his memory was back, would he compare the Eyami that he had last seen probably 7 years ago and the one that's sitting in front of him right now, and smile at how much he's grown? Zeph wanted those thoughts to be real, to be really smiling when seeing his little brother all grown up... Though sadly, this person is almost like a stranger to him. Or a character came to life.
"Hikaru...although he forgot to tell me of that crucial fact, which I'm still pissed off about, he did however told me amazing stories of this group of siblings and their adventures.." He had put his water bottle down and now tangled his fingers together with his palms apart loosely. After staring at Eyami for a moment, he smiled, "You...are one of the characters came to life from the tales he told, and even though I can't remember you, Eyami, I'm happy to finally meet you."
Zephel did thought about his siblings many times, and wondered if Mount Etna is reachable with riding Orphion through the skies. He tried locating it with maps and the little information he heard, but it just didn't exist...at least, in public. So then he turned to Hikaru to see that the boy can remember the way back. Hikaru remembers, amazingly, but said that he fell down a quarry and was knocked unconscious. When he awoke, he's at a different place, hospital or something, and that's when he lost the track back home. ...So then Zephel concluded that it's impossible to find the rest of them.
Zeph shook his head from remembering the boy's blunders and focused back to Eyami. "Uhm... I'm sorry, but can I ask you a few awkward questions? It's... I've been wondering how my-- our sisters are recently.."

After a bit of silence, he heard Zephel speak again and what he said made him almost cringe to hear. He already knew his brother didn't remember him but it really stung hearing Zephel speaking so unfamiliar about his own family. It stung even more when Zephel said Eyami was like a character that has come to life from a story and that Zephel was happy to finally meet him. Eyami clenched his hands around the water bottle as he thought about that, as he thought about this brother who didn't remember him. He didn't know how to keep himself totally composed in front of this Zephel. His pain and anger at the situation made him want to break something or go nuts like he used to.
Eyami was glad for the small silence after Zephel spoke as it gave him a chance to start calming himself again from the stings and he released his grip on the bottle a bit. Eyami took a deep breath and closed his eyes as Zephel spoke again, lifting his head as he released the breath and opened his eyes again. He looked back at Zephel finally, trying to keep his face blank and composed while inside he felt a storm of emotions of pain and anger resulting from that.
"Petra hasn't really changed much." He began, feeling a sting as he realized that wouldn't mean much to Zephel who didn't remember her. "She still often locks herself up in her lab experimenting on various things only, since Hikaru left, she's been having a hard time getting test subjects." He said, looking to the side as he spoke. "She does most of the cooking and taking care of the place like she always did... but we still pitch in as per her orders."
"Muri...." He began, cracking a very slight smile as he thought about her. "She doesn't hate me... Like I used to tell you I thought she did..." That slight smile fell again as he brought Zephel back into his memory with that statement. His eyes looked up at the side a bit as he leaned back slightly. "She's... really been a big help to me... Since you left..." He said, thinking about how she became his comfort and would always help him to smile again when he got angry or depressed. He let out another quiet sigh and looked back at Zephel. "She's grown quite a bit." He finished, watching Zephel a moment, almost expecting something in response that he knew he wasn't going to receive then looked down again.
"How have Hikaru and Eyuki been since they arrived? ... Before you left them, that is..." He asked back, meaning for the end of the question to be a sort of sting for Zephel although he felt a sting from it himself as well.

Zephel failed to notice the little signs that Eyami had missed to conceal due to his pain and anger. He just stared at the young man rather placidly, deciding that just straight-up confessing that he doesn't remember is a better choice rather than pretending to remember, like what he did when he met Eyuki.
"Petra... How is her...mad scientist phases, as Hikaru described it...going? I honestly hope she mellows down on that.." Hikaru had gave him vivid images on how all of them was like in a general way, and perhaps a bit more to how Hikaru views them. Though since Eyami had already explained their sister often locks herself up in her lab, then that had probably answered Zeph's uncertainty. "And while we're in that topic, how are you coping up with your...madness? ..I'm only using Hikaru's words here to describe this."
It startled Zephel the first time he heard of this that Eyami had been going crazy ever since he disappeared. From depression possibly, Hikaru assumed. The redhead was traumatized enough from Eyami's mischievousness in their earlier years, but seeing his older brother turning into a maniac after Zeph left is enough to leave a permanent scar on his heart. Hikaru had made that scene vivid for Zephel too, in order to see it within Hikaru's eyes.
When Muri was brought up, Zeph blinked, another tale from Hikaru entered his memory. Though, hearing Eyami's remark of their youngest sister did not hate him, Zeph spoke up all of a sudden, "I thought I told you to stop assuming that she does, she's probably in a difficult growing phase. ....Well, actually, I don't remember what I told you, but I would said something close to that, I'm sure." Even if his memories are gone, his core personality and manners are quite the same, courtesy of Hikaru again to note him that. So since he would say that now, he assumed he would have said that before too.
"Good to that at least something good happens when I disappeared..." It doesn't feel right to use the term 'left', so he used 'disappear' instead, when Eyami said that Muri and him are in good terms now. It kind of hurts him that he senses Eyami blames all of this onto him, but then again, who better is to blame other than the victim itself?
"Congratulations on realizing that Muri officially doesn't hate you, which I had probably tried to assure you a lot of times before that she doesn't." Ah, his sarcasm. It's back up again. With the constant bombardment of guilt and surprises, Zeph thought he'd lost his sense of irony. Good to know it works even to his brother now.
"Ah, Hikaru has been well. He's grown a lot...physically, at least. Seems he had finally hit his growth spurt. Mentally, I'm pretty sure he's still the same.. He's getting increasingly stronger too..." As Zeph said the last line, one of his hands unconsciously touched his chest, right above his heart. Something serious had happened, but he'll fill in Eyami on this later.
"Eyuki is...opening up more and more. From what I was informed of when she was a child, she shows tremendous change.. I didn't have the heart to tell her that I...forgot about her, so I tried to hide it, but.." He smiled a bit, wondering of why Eyuki did not lashed at him for doing so, but instead played along with him until he's ready to admit it. "She's a sweet girl. She even attracted someone romantically, and recently she shows interest in singing and music."
Zephel then realized that his hand was still placed above his heart after he finished talking about his siblings, and so he slowly releases the grip on his chest. "...You can vaguely peek into the future..right, Eyami? ...A few years ago, have you seen something involving Hikaru..stabbing me?"

Eyami cringed a bit whenever Zephel entered a comment or question into his explanations, especially when he asked about the touchy subject of his sort of madness episodes he had when he was younger. His eyes formed into a glare and his attention immediately turned to the floor at the side as his breathing got a bit deeper to calm himself. When he felt he had decided on an appropriate answer, he finally replied. "I've sort of mellowed out over the years... I had to..." He said, the 'had to' meaning that in order to take over as head of the family he had to put himself up to higher expectations and take better control of himself. He could not be able to watch over his family properly if he could not control the darkness within that had driven him to madness on several occasions since he was a young boy.
After explaining about Muri, he heard Zephel reply in an identical manner that he had done since before he had disappeared. Eyami's eyes widened as he looked towards Zephel with hope and expectation, only to be disappointed as Zephel finished his sentence. Eyami's heart rate calmed back down and he took in and released a deep breath as his slowly looked back down at the floor again. He wished that Zephel truly did remember those talks they had together, but he was easily fooled by Zephel's manner and way of speaking that hadn't changed much over these years. Eyami felt another sting when Zephel said that it was good that something good happened since he had disappeared. Even though a lot of good change did happen in many of the siblings, it still didn't necessarily seem worth it that they had to lose their brother for it to happen. When he was congratulated, Eyami just gave a small nod of his head as he stared at the ground with a slight glare and sad eyes.
Eyami was glad to hear about how Hikaru has grown, but his expression and where he focused his eyes on didn't change. He would very much like to see this grown up Hikaru after so long and intended to summon them from DD soon to take everyone back to Mount Etna where they belonged.
Eyami's face relaxed slightly when hearing about Eyuki, glad that she was opening up more. He knew that it was due to Hikaru and he admired that Hikaru had such power to encourage positive change in others. "She used to close herself up a lot... and would sometimes spend an entire week or more in her own ice shelter where no one could reach her..." He said, a bit melancholy at the memory. "When they were younger, she was around Muri a lot until Hikaru started making an impact on her. Since Muri and Hikaru could never be around each other, Muri ended up being alone all the time after Eyuki decided to be around Hikaru more." Eyami had felt badly for Muri for all of that time that she spent alone but whenever he had tried to reach out to her back then she would avoid him which made him think she hated him as well. Eyami sort of blocked out the talk of Eyuki attracting a romantic partner then nodded at hearing about her interests in music.
Eyami finally looked back up at Zephel when he was asked about being able to look into the future. He was surprised to hear something about Hikaru stabbing Zephel then gave a light shake of his head. "I can only see something I'm looking for. Such as when I was looking for you, I could see the moment when I found you." He said in a blank tone, looking at him with no expression on his face or in his eyes. "What do you mean by saying Hikaru stabbed you?"

"Ah..." Was Zephel's only response of Eyami answering about his madness. He had certainly heard stories of the epical battles between a darkness elementalist and a lightning expert through Hikaru's traumatic view. That seems to be the only part Zeph can't get himself to believe.
At Eyami's short explanation of Eyuki's former shut-in personality, Zeph frowned. He can't really remember if he even did something to help his sister, but smiled nonetheless of the impact that only Hikaru could emit. "So I heard. It's great she's opening up more.. Muri however...she seems to clash with everyone..with us. So I'm actually pretty happy to hear you got along with her." He smiled slightly, thought not towards his brother, just at the fact that they're getting along great with him not being around.
Though now that he learnt Eyuki's with Hikaru and Muri prefers Eyami...then what of Petra? He never really heard much of her from Hikaru, since the mentioning of her very name made the boy paused, as if waiting for an incoming attack. Zeph shakes his head with a sigh, picking back up his focus to the current discussion with Eyami.
"I see.. So you couldn't have known," Zeph was honestly a bit uncomfortable to be discussing of this topic with Hikaru stabbing him, but if there's anyone else that is to know of what happened, it's their other brother. "Well, we discovered the entity that throws me off of Mount Etna in the first place.. I'm not sure if it's to be blamed by my loss of memories too.." That's a scary thought; for his memory to be completely erased instead of just being lost. Still, all possibilities needs to be considered.
"Actually, we don't what the hell 'it' even is. It lives inside me like a sleeping parasite, and had only reacted when I first met Hikaru back at the school.." He began, remembering the surge of unknown anger out of nowhere towards the redhead, and the constant avoidance from Hikaru with no reasoning at all. "It was roughly..18 months ago, that it started to react....violently. Hikaru said it was as if I was...possessed."
It's starting to really sound typical, with everything attacking the main wielder. "I really can't remember. I attacked him, Hikaru said, and in the end, he was forced to fight back after failing to call me out. So..." Zeph stopped, ending the story by untying his apron to put it at the side of his beanbag chair and lifts up his shirt to show a faint wound on top of his heart.
"Not really sure if Hikaru killed it, but it stopped reacting. ...For now." Actually, Zeph was sort of worried to be meeting Eyami, in fear that thing will react to him too in time. "Hikaru suggested that I should see Petra for this.. What do you think?"

Eyami listened to Zephel's responses, not wanting to speak up much but when it came to his comment about Muri and the others he felt he had to say something. "It was strange how that happened... She noticed I was acting different, more depressed when we couldn't find you... and slowly started to hang around only me more. Now she's always hanging onto me when she sees me." A slight spark of happiness was in his eyes again when he spoke of Muri.
On the topic of Zephel and Hikaru, a blank yet serious look fixed itself on Eyami's face as he looked at his older brother. His eyes widened at the mention of the entity that had taken him away and he listened intently to Zephel's story. Eyami wondered why it suddenly reacted when Hikaru came about. His only conclusion would be to think this entity had the intention of destroying their family and this made Eyami angry. His face remained serious and blank with a slight darkening glare in his eyes.
Eyami felt bad for the two of them for having to face such an awkward foe and then his eyes widened as Zephel revealed the scar. With a long and quiet deep breath, Eyami's face slowly relaxed into a calm yet serious expression as he processed the information. He wondered if the thing might react to him as well and began to think of various counters he could use that would not harm his brother further.
He looked back at Zephel when he mentioned Petra regarding the situation and remembered hearing something about electricity or a surge of energy being able to remove certain things from a person. He looked to the side slightly in thought. "That might not be a bad idea... Since I found you, I'll send word to Hikaru and Eyuki to meet us so we can return to Mount Etna as soon as possible." He said in a definite manner as he finally relaxed a little bit into the chair with a feeling of accomplishment. He opened the water bottle finally and took a careful gulp, afterwards closing the bottle and looking over at Zephel again.
A part of him felt very happy to have his brother back even though he didn't remember them. He was glad to be able to get everyone back home together soon and try to make things go back as close to normal as possible and for everyone to live there together forever.

It felt good to have an adult to talk about matters like this; an adult that is also his family. Now he doesn't feel all that threatened by the entity now that he had discussed this with Eyami. Though the possibility of the incident repeating is still there..
"Eyami..." Zephel called after a long pause, "Say, if...it happens that I...attacked you for no reason," The silver-haired looked down at his water bottle for a short while, adjusting the cap of it uneasily, and then finally looked up to meet his brother's eyes, "I ask that you stop me."
To be honest, he's worried to meet the rest of his siblings in his condition. He's afraid if the entity might react again, and he might do something beyond his imagination that would endanger his family. "If I assault any of them...and you feel that I have gone out of normalcy beyond your control.." A stern look showed right through his face that even his sitting posture seems to stiffen.
"Then stop me, Eyami. Permanently."
Hikaru wasn't supposed to show him mercy when they battled, the redhead understands this thoroughly in mid-battle. In the end, the kid gave him an almost lethal wound, and it was luck that kept Zephel alive. Luck alone. He wasn't supposed to be alive in order to solve the mystery of the entity.
"Only if you agreed to that, that I will meet up with the others and return back to Mount Etna." Zephel finally broke the eye-contact he held with Eyami to glance sideways. He can't endanger the rest of them just because of this thing inside him, he would never forgive himself if anything happens to them relating to this entity.
"I'm sorry if I don't follow your vision, but I would like to remain my distance from the rest of them until either I know what this entity is or that you promise me that you'll exterminate me. Do you understand, Eyami?"
It felt familiar somewhat, that one question. 'Do you understand, Eyami?' Zephel had to pause for a moment to comprehend why it felt like he had said it so many times before, perhaps deja vu. ...Or a piece of returning memory. ...Or a trick of the entity.

Eyami stiffened as Zephel brought up the possibility of the entity attacking him or the rest of the family. His eyes fixated into a glare at the floor before looking up at Zephel again when he was asked to stop him permanently.
Eyami did not want to kill his own brother that he had searched for for a long time and only finally found. The idea was painful to think about, but if it were to come down to such a situation there seemed to be no choice.
"Do you understand, Eyami?" He felt another pang as he heard this line specifically. Although it didn't seem like much but this was Zephel's final line in every serious talk that Eyami could remember. Every time, also, without fail, once Eyami agreed and noted that he understood, Zephel's mood would return to normal. Eyami wondered if he would still react the same now.
Eyami dropped his head and glared at the floor, clenching the muscles in his arms and hands that squeezed the water bottle a bit. "I understand... I will do all I can to try to keep you alive and remove the entity from you... but I will do all that is in my power to keep the rest of our siblings safe.... even if it means.... that I might have to kill you myself..." Eyami's hands clenched tighter around the water bottle and his glare darkened even more.
He closed his eyes tight for a moment to take in and exhale a few deep breaths then looked back up at Zephel. "I promise." He finished. In Eyami's eyes held a mixture of pain and anger. He hated this entity and what it had already done to their family and what it might continue to do. He hated the idea of seeing he beloved brother, Zephel, as his enemy that he might someday have to fight with to the death.
All Eyami wanted was to reunite them back together and he hoped more than anything else that it would be possible for them all to live once more united.

Zephel wondered when, in any point of his life during the start of his memory-loss, that he had felt this dependent on someone. Maybe it's the fact that they're family and he feels comfortable talking about these issues so freely, that he completely trusts Eyami. He has his absolute trust on Eyami, and believe with every fibre of his being that his brother can handle it.
Once Eyami had promised, Zephel released a deep sigh with closed eyes and leaned his back on the wall behind him. That answer is enough to comfort him. His eyes are still closed, but it's apparent to see that he's satisfied. "..Don't hold back on me," Zephel suddenly announced, his eyelids still closed, "Your youngest brother didn't at the time. ...And he was crying."
Hikaru has such a kind heart, it's very like him to cry when he gave his all in trying to kill a family member. When Zeph closed his eyes, he could vaguely see that image of the redhead fighting his best with his watery eyes and wet cheeks, and the man was forced to open his eyes out of guilt. He pushed himself off from leaning and sat with his back hunched, his elbows propped on his knees, and his palms against each other almost nervously.
"Please keep them safe, like you did these past few years I was away.." There's that guilt again, but Zeph has grown used to it now. He isn't backing out of the responsibility, he wants to resume into being the brother his siblings remembered, and though he has no idea how to do that since he himself is unable to remember, it is still his top priority.
All of a sudden, Zephel leaned forward and placed his hands on Eyami's shoulders, his face downwards unable to be seen. "I'm sure...if I remember, I would say.." His arms quivered a bit, but his hands are firm on the boy's shoulders.
The solid touch of his shoulders confirmed it; this boy is not a character from the stories Hikaru told, he is a forgotten memory emerging to reality. He's not a mere character either, he's a brother. Eyami is his little brother, he was a little boy before, the little boy he had spent all his life with and now...
Slowly, Zephel lifted his head, their red eyes met each other's gazes, "You've grown up..to be a reliable man. I'm proud of you, Eyami."

Seeing his brother release a sigh and lean back, Eyami looked away again and let out a deep quiet breath with sad eyes. He looked back over to Zephel sharply again as he spoke, listening to him mention Hikaru holding back. Eyami was always sort of at odds with Hikaru, but he had to admit, the boy was a good kid despite the flaws. Thinking this with his different state of mind now made him feel almost guilty for how he treated Hikaru growing up simply because of their elemental opposites.
Seeing Zephel sit up now, Eyami looked down at the unopened water bottle still in his hands. When he spoke, Eyami looked back up at Zephel again, a sort of anger and pain building again as he consider the possibility that he might have to kill him. "I will of course protect them and take care of them until I die." He said in response.
When Zephel suddenly moved towards Eyami and took hold of his shoulders, Eyami jerked slightly and opened his eyes a bit wide in surprise. He watched his brother who hesitated, silently listening. Eyami's eyes remained wide as Zephel's met his. What Zephel finally came out with felt like a pang inside him. It made him happy to hear those words, but that happiness was also barred still by the fact that Zephel is clearly unable to see the change that had occurred.
Nonetheless, Eyami gave in to the happiness of hearing those words from his brother and cracked the smallest of smiles as his eyes looked down then closed them. "Thank you, Aniki." He said a bit quietly, though his smile fell again as he thought of the memory loss issue and dropped his head slightly, looking down at the bottle again.

Another step. Just another step.
Petra suppresses a cough that she wanted to let out, fearing if she let out just one, a whole chain of it will burst out. And when it chains, her strength will majorly deplete. Evnae is filled with such air, it's hurting Petra with every inhale that she takes.
She had been walking with Muri, her younger sister, in this country for about an hour, in search for their eldest brothers, more so because Muri wanted to so badly. Petra could sense the particular energy only her brothers emitted, so she can easily detect where they are.
The only problem would be focusing onto those specific energy while her lungs are screaming.
Petra puts a hand over her lips, her steps slowing down. Muri was generous enough to drag her around so she could move faster. Just as they passed Rio Nunez Cafe, Petra wanted to say, 'Just over there..' but she obviously doesn't have enough strength left and simply just weakly pointing at the alleyway area between the cafe and the next building.

Muri shot continuous glares over at Petra at the slow pace they were going. A while ago, she had grabbed Petra's hand to drag her along faster but even Muri doesn't have the strength in her small form to keep that up for very long so they were going somewhere in between. "Ugghh Hurry up, Pika-nee!" She said as she tried to drag faster than Petra could manage still.
As soon as they entered Evnae, Muri's spirits brightened at being surrounded by her glorious element but her sister Petra started to act weak and sickly because of it. If there's one thing, though there are many, that bothers Muri, it's weaknesses. She's always thought of her sister's weakness as terribly pathetic, although, she could also remember times in past lives where she felt concern. Muri glared at Petra again with a more serious look for a moment, then noticed Petra's arm pointing to an alley way.
Muri's eyes widened and an excited smile showed on her face as she started to run, letting go of Petra's hand after the first couple steps in her run and quickly looked down the alley to see if her knight was really there.
Muri's eyes started to sparkle and shine as she caught sight of her target and her smile grew wider. "YA-NII!!!" She shouted in her high pitched childish voice, filled with excitement and relief, as she ran as fast as she could to her beloved brother and collided into him with a massive hug, nearly knocking him completely over.
"Ya-nii! I missed you! You should have taken me with you! Pika-nee is so annoying, telling me to clean my room and constantly doing this and that and - " She cut off to hug Eyami tightly again to hide her glare. After a moment, she slowly loosened herself and sat up a bit on her lap to look at Eyami with an almost teary pout then leaned her head against her shoulder as her eyes finally glanced over to Zephel.
Slowly, her eyes widened a little with recognition and she sat up a bit straighter on Eyami's lap, facing Zephel. "Zephel-nii!" She said in a somewhat high pitched surprised tone then smiled her cute childish smile again. "Ya-nii actually found you!" She said and she hopped off Eyami's lap and moved right up closer to Zephel.
"Ne, Zephel-nii! Do you remember me?" She asked with that same smile as she clasped her hands behind her back and tilted her head slightly, in a cute sort of posture. She figured he probably didn't, but she was curious to see what he would say.

Zeph wanted to smile seeing his brother's response, and just as the sides of his lips were twitching to do so, he released Eyami's shoulder and slumped back on his seat. This is quite a life; waking up remembering nothing and then was granted with a family in one turn of an event.
Zephel was just about to relax himself in the comfortable silence between them when suddenly a high-pitched shriek pierced through the air. Turning to the source of such a scream, a blur of silver and black rushes in the alleyway and immediately crashed itself to Eyami.
It was so loud, even the sleeping dog and fire-lizard were startled awake. He doesn't even have time to question himself what the heck just happened until the bundle of screaming banshee turned to be a young girl who would pass as a child by both her appearance and mannerism.
Watching how she reacts and converse with Eyami is a huge clue for Zeph to figure out who exactly is she. Red eyes, silver hair... He definitely knew who this is, yet he can't believe fate has welcomed him to a new twist this soon. Slightly panicked by this, Zephel takes the time that was given to him by the distraction to compose himself and think of what to say, but then his existence was soon caught by this young girl.
He watched how she seemed mildly surprised to see him there, and Zeph can't do anything except to stare back with just as much surprise. 'How old is she supposed to be right now..? Around...15? 16?' Her youth astounded him, and then her child-like voice emerged to call out his name.
Zephel was forced to back away slightly, pressing his spine to the brick wall behind him as this girl hopped off from Eyami and moved closer to him. Like he expected, he was caught completely by surprise when he heard her question. Ironic how he can expect how surprised he's going to be before it even happens.
His red eyes scrutinized the girl's, darting to each of her shining eyes as he studied them and prepare himself on what to answer. Safe to say, he has not the slightest idea on how to respond. "Hello..Muri." His voice escaped his throat, not daring to say "It's been a while", so opted for a simple hello instead.
'Now what?' He mentally questioned himself as he observed her youthful face. For a short moment, Eyuki's face overlapped Muri's, reminding Zephel how he tried to lie to Eyuki and she can detect almost instantly that he's lying.
"No, I don't remember you." As he said this, his face doesn't seem to exhibit the slightest speck of emotions as his eyes darted away from looking at her. This might be a little too much for the girl, he thought, but what else can he do given the circumstance?
She's like a complete stranger to him, and given in the past that he doesn't even interact with her much according to Hikaru, Zephel was caught in a wave of guilt. Though then, a question escaped his lips that even he was shocked to hear, "Muri, do you want me to remember you?"
That question was meant to indicate that he would do anything to remember her and the rest if the siblings he forgot about, but at the same time, it could also be depicted that he's almost questioning her if it's worth it for him to remember.

Eyami's eyes widened as he heard a very familiar high pitched voice shout his name and he looked up in time to open up his arms towards her as she slammed into him and hugged onto him tightly. His face flushed slightly with wide eyes in surprise as he listened to her childish voice rant for a moment then stop to hug him tight again. He responded by hugging back, still in shock at seeing her here and wondering why she was here and where Petra was. He looked over Muri's shoulder to the end of the alley, wondering if Petra was okay until Muri blocked his line of vision with a little pout that rendered him speechless again as she leaned back against him.
He slowly started to regain himself and was about to question her about Petra before she turned her attention to Zephel and started to question him. He let out a quiet breathy sigh as she got off his lap and moved towards Zephel, feeling a stab of emotional pain as she asked Zephel if he remembered her. His head lowered to the ground as a hurt glare formed on his face again, hearing Zephel's honest response to her then his question back to her.
After a moment, he pushed his face back to neutral and sat straight again. "Muri," he began in a sort of demanding tone, "Where is Petra and what are you doing here? I told you both to stay on Mount Etna and wait for me to return. It's safer for you there..." He finished in a gentler tone, genuinely concerned for her and Petra, especially Petra right now with the quality of air in this city.
His brows furrowed as he thought of her condition and he stood up and turned towards the alley, looking into the near future of what would happen if he looked around the corners and saw himself seeing Petra nearly passing out in the alley. His eyebrows twitched inward as he ran off quickly and rounded the corner and quickly made his way over to Petra and put his arms around her low back and lifted her arm over his shoulder to support her.
"I told you to stay with Muri in Mount Etna." He said with a worried look in his eyes as he then reached down with his other arm behind her legs and picked her up in his arms. "Don't fuss, we'll move faster this way." He said immediately and walked quickly, almost at a running pace, back to the other two siblings. He set Petra down on a bean bag chair and grabbed the water he previously held, opened it and handed it to her.
Eyami knelt in front of Petra, watching her closely and trying to see into the future for how long she might be able to last in a place with such poor air quality. "Will you be alright?" He questioned out loud to her to find out how she felt right now.

What is this?' There is actually water forming out of Petra's eyes as she can no longer hold her breath and coughed violently. Placing a hand on her lips while using the other one to support herself against a wall, she kept coughing and wheezing until she can't even breathe anymore.
This goes on for a while in a very long chain of coughs till her knees failed to hold her up and she slowly fell, her hand against the wall slowing down her fall. As she sat there on her bent knees, the poisonous air kept entering her and she let out another violent chain of coughs.
A hand touched her lower back and as soon as her arm was slung over a shoulder, she cracked open her teary eyes to see a vague face of her brother. Her mouth opened, wishing to speak, but what escaped her throat are coughs and gasps of air.
She wanted to question herself why is she being cursed with such a pathetic weakness, even one single slight pain is able to throw her off-course and into the spiral series of pain. It weakens her so much now that she doesn't even have the strength to object when Eyami picked her up from the ground and carried her in a cooler area, though the air is still rather polluted.
Settled on a sort of strange cushion, Petra tries to swallow her spit to calm her burning throat and was grateful when Eyami handed her a bottle of water. Immediately, she swallowed some, feeling the cool of the chemicals down her throat and had at least stopped her from coughing so badly.
As she was done drinking the water, Petra had her eyes closed as she steadied herself. Opening her eyes, she could see her brother, Eyami, in front of her, asking of how she was. Almost immediately, she responded, "I feel like a seagull being constrained with a plastic can holder caught around its neck, and I wish to go home to drop dead."
She responded flatly, trying to imitate how a normal teenager her age would correctly respond, though genuinely seeming very angry about the air pollution in this area, "That is a rather civilized version I came up with rather than the original copy that onii-sama always says; 'I feel like crap, and I'm going home to die.' Thank you for asking."
Despite being very mature, Petra certainly has the capability to be rather sarcastic occasionally, something she unintentionally picked up from her eldest brother when she grows. She admired that quality of his to always deliver a sharp witty reply to everything back then. Now that her vision is clear again, she manages to broaden up her vision and let out an audible but slight gasp escaping her lips.
Her eyes went straight pass Eyami's shoulder, meeting Zephel's gaze.
It wasn't his existence that surprises her, since she had already sensed him here. It was his growth; he looked so different now, he had grown, and growth is exactly what can throw her off-balance. The sight internally frightened Petra that she immediately turned her gaze back to Eyami in front of her.
"Eyami," she whispered very lowly to her brother so that only he could hear her, "I refuse to acknowledge that person is Zephel. I cannot recognize him as to what I remember." Her eyes are dead set to Eyami as she spoke her mind quietly.
Petra's mind works differently than other people, she would only feel truly comfortable to things she is already used to, or things that is connected to her natural affinity and interest. As she is so used to the younger version of Zephel since it has been a long time since she had seen his face, his appearance now didn't compute in her head.
It frightens her that something so familiar is now so alien to her. Though, Petra does well in covering up that sort of fear. She spoke up to Zephel in a commanding tone similar to how he had used to her once, "You must earn back my acknowledgment to you as my brother."
Never did she realized how perfect it is for her to say so since Zephel really do need to do just that exactly, for his lack of memories.
