Sylvester Ignis Fatuus is his name. His mother named him Sylvester for it is the modern version of Sylvanus; the god of woods and fields in Roman mythology. His father called him Ignis Fatuus, for it means 'an illusion that misleads'.
Recalling those two facts, Sy finds it ironic that he's standing here in the middle of a field of meteor chunks to try and advance his studies, or actually training, his gift to cast illusions. His staff is attached to the back of his shirt, freeing his hand from any sort of baggage, and he just simply stared up at the sky for a moment, admiring the falling meteor balls...until he realized one of them is landing straight on top of him.
Sy moved in an unhurried gait, and the meteor slammed right behind him with such a force, it knocked the young man off his feet. The illusionist was quick to flip himself in mid-air though, so he landed with a steady balance on his feet.
"Alright... Let's play."
In an instant, the dead field of melting rocks and shriveling boulders corrupted down into the soils, and then out grows a garden of flowers, budding and blooming in the blink of an eye. Magnolias, daisies, roses and violets, all growing in an instant from the once infected ground.
Since he is still an amateur in this art, the flower garden only blooms about 20 meter radius around him in a complete circle, outside of the circle is filled with meteors and craters. Sy spun, almost as if he's dancing with hos graceful his arms moved, and the flowers responded my growing more and more, leaves and dewdrops decorated the blooming flowers beautifully.
He stopped for a moment to enjoy the view, and smiled. "It has certainly been a while to deceive my eyes from the dead.."

The angel was having one of her sense of adventure moments, she had recently heard of a garden that was recently opened in Veyyard though some people at the bounty hunting HQ warned her to be a little careful because of its name, they didn't want her to enter somewhere that looked a little shady, but in all honest it has been a long time since Mitsuko has been in a garden outside of her own which she grew at the Alamo Inn to bring more life to its residents, and to the overall structure of the inn since it was an old and has been around for years, even before she started to work there.
Flowers to her were considered a sense of new beginnings, considering that a flower can be like a person. A flower starts off like a seed, and a person starts off as a baby. A seed needs to be attended to as often as possible and be taken care of just like a baby does. And as years pass the flower continues to grow much more beautiful just like a human being does.
A flower can also help a human being convey certain emotions such as love and happiness, and each flower has their own meanings in order for it to do so. For example: A red rose convey's love, a yellow rose is considered friendship.
And above all a human being, and flowers need, food, air, water, and love, since it is a living thing. Mitsuko treats her own mini garden like a child, and is very gentle with them. She even has to tell Milo her dove not to pull on the petals since she feels like it hurts them.
As she entered Meteor Gardens it did indeed live up to its name, it had lots of craters all around her, so she had to watch her step and watch her sorroundings as a meteor could come out of nowhere and squash her. However Mitsuko had very strong instincts so if she felt like she was in danger she would get out of there. Though so far she felt like she was on a new adventure.
As she looked ahead she saw a young man growing flowers using his special ability. It captured her attention so she slowly approached him.
"I... I don't mean to interrupt but I just want to say that those flowers are absolutely beautiful. Do you grow flowers often?"
Milo who was with Mitsuko was indeed friendly to those that didn't give off any dangerous aura's so she went ahead and said hello too by flying near him.

For every petal of each flower was rooted by the caster's immense concentration and detachment of reality. This is, after all, a trick of the mind. His whole reason for choosing a field of garden instead of anything else was solely because he's getting sick of accidentally summoning a graveyard whenever he woke up in the middle of the night. As morbid and demented he is, there is such a thing as a limit in withstanding repeated occurrences such as that.
A voice of a woman startled Sy from his daydream from his wonderland, that by the time he spun around to see who it is, all the flowers immediately disappeared, decayed into the soil. If there's one thing an illusionist can't stand, it's distraction.
For Sy, it's not that he can't tolerate sudden surprises like these, it's just that he's easily startled, and when he's startled, his body tends to move on its own accord. A bird was approaching him, and solely out of shock, this white-haired man deftly made a grab of his staff from behind him and immediately smacked the bird with it.
"Oh!! My lord...!" He jumped in surprise and rushed towards where he smacked the bird to. "I'm so sorry.." Sy gently picked up the creature on his arm, so he's half-cradling it since his other hand is still holding his staff. Then, using that same staff, he healed the bird from the pain he accidentally inflicted towards it earlier.
"Is this bird yours?" Sy called out to a person in white a few ways away from him, probably about 10 or so meters. "If it is, then please fetch it, come in..." He invited with a smile, "Come in. Welcome to my wonderland.." Then from this woman's path towards Sy, a thick mist enfolds that even the sky is hard to see if looked upwards.
Then, from the ground, sprouted a peculiar group of plants, its colors rather dampened and dark, and most of it looks like it's already withered. There's no petals and dewdrops anymore, but thorns and poison. The leaves are replaced with thick moving vines and the only type of flower that bloomed this time are roses; black roses.
Basically, the area turned into a dark mini forest, rather lucky actually that there's only shrubs instead of thickets. It seemed like there's only two ways; go back where the area's clear or walk inside the mist not knowing what you could step on.
"A-are you coming in?" Sy's voice from inside the thick mist calls out, "I'm only a straight distance ahead, so do walk straight if you're coming.."

Mitsuko made sure Milo was okay, and she flew back on her shoulder as if nothing had happened to her. Mitsuko knew that Milo previously got injured because of the distracted man, but at least he healed the white dove. Accidents can happen, She followed the man's directions when she decided to come in, because she couldn't see where she was going now or what she was walking into.
She kept walking straight ahead and looked around with her eyes. The scenery had changed within the last few minutes from beautiful flowers which attracted her here in the first place, to ones of black roses which signified a mourning, or death period. This was Mitsuko's sense of adventure, since she was an angel others would think that once she entered a whimsical place, she would run. But you see if she ran all the time from the things that scared her, then she won't realize all the adventures she could have had.
Sure she was scared of clowns and the like, but that was okay, in time she would get over that fear with time. Having fears is perfectly normal and nothing to be ashamed of, but of course it shouldn't stand in one's way in adventuring or experiencing something new. Just a little encouragement is all it takes.
In this case the hidden encouragement came from the young man's voice leading her. The angel didn't want to touch anything though that was around her, she just looked, smiled and continued on.
"Wonderland... It's a place that exists in a person's dreams... or so I read when i studied Alice's adventures in wonderland."

Sy simply waited at the center of the mist, one hand handling his staff, the other inside his pants pocket. He smiled to himself as he saw a vague figure nearing him, and a response from her voice also.
"Yes. You could imagine it as that, it's closely similar to my wonderland," the illusionist spoke, guiding her towards him with his voice. "My wonderland can be two things; a place that I wished I could be a part of, or a place I wish it does not exist.." his tone got slightly darker near the end, and once Sy sees a woman approaching him from the most, he stretched out his free hand towards her for her to take.
"Congratulations, milady. You just crossed over to the center of wonderland." Sy bowed respectfully towards her in a refined manner, then pulled himself back up with a smile, "Greetings. My name is Sylvester, you may address me as Sy. I will be your company for the evening. And you are...?" By the way his tone of voice sounded, it's almost like he's asking her for a dance.
"One question though, and be very honest when answering this; are you scared?"

Mitsuko smiled as she finally saw the person with the voice that has been guiding her this whole time. As usual she sensed a gentleness about this person, but at the same time she had the feeling there was something very magical deep within his soul.
He bowed respectfully toward her, and of course she blushed a little out of shyness since when people bow to her (even though not often) but when they do it makes her feel like she's a princess. Which made her even more shy.
But since this was a magical place when he bowed she accepted it with grace and with just as much respect as he had shown her, so being the lady she is she did a little curtsy, and gently took his hand without hesitation.
"It is a pleasure to meet you Mr. Sylves- I mean Sy. My name is Mitsuko. I look forward in experiencing this wonderland of yours."
He than asked her if she was scared and he wanted an honest answer.
"Yes a little, but I am sure there is nothing to truly be afraid of. If I ran all the time then I wouldn't be able to experience adventure. So I accept your company for this evening."
She smiled reassuringly.
"Oh and this here is my bird Milo. She's my companion whenever I go out. Please don't feel bad for causing her harm it was an accident. I'm not mad at you, I must thank you for taking responsibility though in healing her."

Sy smiled in amusement at the lady's curtsy, then nodded his head in acknowledgment. "Beautiful," he commented of her name, and while holding her hand, lead her to a little clearing of all the dead plants around them. The mist is slightly faded in that area, so they can at least see each other.
"I'm not a man of honesty, I'm afraid." He began, pulling back his hand and puts both his arms behind him, so his wrists touched the line of his spine, his back very straight. "So when I asked you to answer honestly, that means I won't believe you. Which means I refuse to believe that you are a little scared, Mitsuko." His face stays straight ahead while his eyes cornered towards her who stood right beside him.
"And with that information, do you believe that I unintentionally harmed little Milo?" He turned slightly to face the bird on her shoulder and smiled. In his wonderland, everything is a lie, everything is an illusion, even the caster himself. Out of a sudden, Sy brought out a silver coin and asked, "Heads or tails?" before flipping the coin upwards and caught it in between his palm and the back of his other hand.
"Your call, Mitsuko.. Your answer determines the danger of my wonderful wonderland."

She listened to his words and even with knowing this new information she didn't place a distrust in him. Sure Mitsuko trusts people really easily but befriending people is what she loved to do. Even if it meant going into a wonderland with a stranger. From what she read in a book once, everything that she sees around her isn't real but a dream. The angel wasn't offended by his words, he still had the politeness, poise, and a gentleman like aura.
The way he spoke to her was like a riddle, sort of like the Cheshire cat who acts as a guide toward Alice, by giving her riddles to figure out. It was mind boggling to be honest but the angel was prepared for an adventure of a life time.
Then the young man got out a coin, and asked her to choose. Heads or tails. Like a gamble so to speak.
"I choose heads. And my words still stand. Even if you don't believe me. I don't think you intentionally hurt Milo. IF I did, I would have been saddened that someone would hurt an animal. But she's okay and that is all that matters."
She smiled kindly and watched as he was about to reveal which side the coin landed on. Her choice was heads. Though what would the real outcome be?

Sy smiled when the lady responded to his coin toss gamble, a hidden malice clouded his teal eyes. One can feel the change of atmosphere around the former butler, it's as if something had just unlocked a small piece of insanity within him.
Mitsuko chose heads, while delivering her point across that she still believes he's a good man even after what he said. His sharp eyes snapped up to stare at her, and a grin crooked at the side of his lips. "Saddened? My, my...we wouldn't want that now, do we?"
His eyes slowly reverted back to his hands, as he's uncovering the coin he just flipped, "I'm actually looking forward to see fear, not sadness." Pulling up his palm from the back of his other hand, both pair of eyes stared at the coin. It's tails.
"Whoops.." The illusionist whispered, and right on cue, the thick mist darkens, like a heavy stormy cloud. "Seems like the danger level heightens drastically," Sy confirmed, he could feel the darkness of his mind is starting to consume him, to consume reality.
All the dead plants around them suddenly twitched, and out bloom a dark green pair of leaves, bristled with sharp blades. "Ah, the Venus's flytrap. How nostalgic...I haven't got attacked by them in years~" He clapped his hands, almost in admiration, but the carnivorous plants seemed to grow a bit taller than usual, almost reaching 5 feet. So are the leaf blades, possibly large enough to entrap a whole arm.
That wasn't the end though. The ground beneath them shook, and Sy's pale face got even paler. "Mitsuko, I'd like you to meet--" The earth cracks, forcing the pair to back away from where they stood, and out struggled a decayed arm, then a whole decomposing body, then later a number of crumbling creatures of the dead that were supposedly human before.
"...The poor fellow and his friends that I...killed."

She felt her heart stop as she saw all the traps come into play. She was surprised by some of them but still remained as courageous as she could be. She just took everything in and soon Sy had shown her the poor fellows that he killed. They were nothing but corpses but she just had to ask.
"What was the reason that you had to kill them? If you'd rather not say I understand. I am just curious as to why their lives were taken from them. There is a reason why things happen after all right? While I value you lives of all people.... We can never stop a person from dying as much as we want to. The only thing we can do however is hope that they are now resting in peace. But if they were killed.. I can only imagine.... that their souls are in turmoil."

There's a man-eating large plant with blades for teeth behind them, and a group of the undead intent to eat the flesh of any beings at the front. The danger of illusion is just that, it invokes fear, and more fear means more bad things.
Sy gently gestured for Mitsuko to take a sidestep and follow him to the side, walking as if strolling in the garden when really they're chased by zombies. "Oh, I don't mind, you can ask me anything you want. I would be glad to be of service your curiosity." Even when walking through a path filled with giant flytraps snapping at the sides, Sy still balances his posture as he strutted through, making another safe turn and made sure Mitsuko follows him.
"I killed them because I misunderstood the order that was given to me." He answered dryly, brief and to the point. "I'm a servant, you see, and I do whatever I was told to do. Apparently, my Lady was merely joking of 'killing' them, and I missed the joke, so I literally did kill them." It would be such a comedic tale if it wasn't for the fact that they're chased by the very subject they're talking about.
"Yes, they are very angry with me even after they died. Persistent fellows wanted me to suffer the same fate." He paused his steps, a snapping Venus flytrap is on their way and now they're at a dead end. He turned over his shoulder to look back, and indeed he saw the men mentioned earlier slowly limping towards them.
Sy finally grabbed hold of the staff that was magnetically sticking at the back case of his shirt. The staff has a hexagonal peak as well as two beautiful feathers dangling from it. He side-stepped, now with each of his shoulders facing the flytrap and the undead respectively.
He appeared to be ready to do something, but he just stayed like that, as if he's uncertain of something. "Excuse me, miss.." he suddenly approached Mitsuko, showing her that familiar coin again. "Please choose who I need to eliminate. Heads or tails?"
Yet, another toss was made.

A rain might good for other area, especially for Veyyard country, which most of the area full with wasteland. However, there's a one area, that's always raining. But not a normal rain, its a meteor's rain.
The meteor keep falling down, and in the middle of the ragging meteor shower, there's a bat flying away to avoid those rock. It's not ordinary bat, it's a Vampire bat. The bat was trying to survivor during take a cross at that area.
"Urrghhh, they keep falling down.... This seems endless!!"
Suddenly he feel something bump into his back, the rock seems quiet huge, and the bat falling down and got injured. Luckily he down at the bush and faint. After a few hours, he wake up into his human form.
"Ouch... What happen to me? Oh, right. I been hitted by those meteors. It's really hurts.." "Damn you meteor, bla, bla bla......., I curse you"
He keep mumbling him self and go out from that bush. After that, he try look surrounding him. As he try to look, only a dead thing catch his eyes. His sensitive nose keep smell something that give you a unpleasant smell.
"Am I dreaming, or I just looking another wasteland. Man, there's nothing really good to see in Veyyard." *mumble, mumble*
Suddenly, something caught his eyes. He spot something beautiful there. Something that he haven't see such of the beautiful place in his life. A growing tree, and some living thing he never seen before, and also he see there's a people there, which is Sy and Mitsuko.
Quickly he turn into bat and flying into behind sy and poofff, he turn to human form. Without greeting and polite attitude, he 'greet' them.
"Hmmm, what are you doing with that coin?"

Another toss. Mitsuko wasn’t that great in making decisions however she was asked which side of the coin she wanted to call, so without hesitation she did just that, as she looked at Sy. On the inside though she had a feeling that there was someone nearby, and yet again those feelings of hers are usually right.
“I call tails this time.”
She smiled out of politeness, and even though she was in a strange wonderland she was experiencing an adventure, though she wasn’t hyper about it, considering that she is quiet, and subtle to how she feels, just like the angel she is. Soon however she heard a voice greet her and Sy from behind them and she jumped, and because she was startled by the new voice she nearly lost her balance.
The angel put a hand over her heart, and turned around to see who had joined her and Sy in this adventure in wonderland.
“Hello there, this is my new friend Sy, and he’s about to do a coin toss. Have you come to join us?”
The angel smiled at the newcomer and greeted the stranger, even though he did take her by surprise, since all this time it has been her and Sy throughout this experience. Mitsuko however always welcomed someone new with open arms. This adventure that she was on was really testing her courage, but she never faltered. She was just taking things as they came.

The tossed coin was caught proficiently by Sy, letting the silver coin lands on the back of his left hand and smacked his right palm on it to keep it in place before it slips off. "Tails then," he met her eyes with a smile.
The choice this time doesn't determine whether Mitsuko is right or wrong, it's just to make the young man choose which of the two, namely the zombies heading their way or the giant man-eating plant blocking their way, should he kill.
Just then, a new voice disrupted his focus. Out of nowhere, a man with white hair and a dark coat appeared behind Sy, casually asking about the coin. Sy just blinked his eyes placidly, wondering how on earth did this man managed to get inside his wonderland, but at the same time trying to catch Mitsuko as she lost her balance.
Thankfully, she caught herself, so Sy doesn't need to do anything. He just stood there, his head turned behind him to face this new person with surprise. The former butler was just about to speak, but Mitsuko beats him to it. "Yes, and this is Mitsuko, my company for the evening. Who are you supposed to be?" Since the angel introduced him, it'll only be appropriate for him to introduce her, while at the same time asking the stranger of his identity.
"As for your question about my coin..." Sy paused, taking a look of his coin. Tails. He smirked, "Well now, Mitsuko, your correct guess means that I must eliminate both of the annoyances. Fine, then." After storing back his coin in his pocket, Sy handles his staff out. "Please stand back."
He spun the staff upside-down, so the tip is downwards, and after the forceful swing, a blade suddenly materialized at the butt of his staff. This actually transformed his weapon into part staff, part scythe. Sy faced the giant Venus flytrap, snapping its large jaws, then nimbly swung his scythe towards it, effectively slicing it from its thorny stem.
He didn't just sliced it, he threw the man-eating plant off all the way to the zombies, some unlucky ones found themselves trapped inside the humongous jaws and blades of the plant. Sy resumed back his poise, pulling his leg so he would stand perfectly upright in a regal manner, then motioned his arm towards the new path he just cut off with the Venus flytrap now gone.
"Please, after you," he bowed, gesturing for either Nightmare or Mitsuko to walk first to the new path.

Nightmare shocked when see those man-eater eat the zombies with full hunger desire. "OMG, what on earth are those. Did I step into the place I should't step?"
After a few second, he can see clearly all zombie gone, been eated by those plant. He try to go, but he see both Sy and Mitsuko nice. And after been asked by Sy, he reply "Hmmm, I think I just follow you guys from behind" *Smile.
