Blinking her eyes just as wildly as how her teeth are chattering, Myrra looked down to see her hands that were placed on Ryuna's shoulders shivering visibly. The stranger just verified something in Myrra's mind, her memory to be precise.
She knows this lady.
Well, not personally, but she have heard of the tale in her network of information. "I-I..I'm sorry...for asking you this... b-but, I have to make s..sure..." Just because she had heard of the tale, doesn't mean she believes in it. This once-in-a-lifetime chance just graced itself onto her so suddenly, it positively frightens her, but a chance is a chance.
"W-were..... Were you a....d-dragon..?"
And Myrra's taking it no matter how this lady will treat her after this.

Not really paying too much attention to the porcupine girl's stuttering speech, Ryuna however stopped walking as soon as she heard her ask if she was a dragon. Ryuna looked to the ground a moment before staring longingly with a hint of anger in her almost blank looking face to the sky.
"I used to be beautiful... I used to be able to fly..." She said as she closed her eyes and took in a deep breath then released it and opened her eyes again to the sky. Her face looked straight again as she continued to walk on, thinking now again about how much easier it would be to carry this girl if she was a dragon again.

When the lady stopped walking, Myrra fears for the worst. She braced herself for a reaction, and noted quickly in her mind how the woman stared at the ground for a moment before lifting her head up to gaze towards the sky.
The woman's answer is spot on, it goes exactly like how the rumor underground went. Internally, Myrra is jumping in joy that she's able to affirm such a rumor.
"...You're beautiful now, too.." Myrra found herself whispering a reply. She wanted to add how being a human limits certain capabilities yet able to excel at the same time, but her tongue is tied to a halt. She can't risk saying so, she didn't want to offend the lady.
"What is it like...being a dragon?" Like the curious little girl she is, Myrra always wondered what it would be like to exist as another creature entirely.

Ryuna listened to the girl telling her she's beautiful now and all that resulted was her face darkening into a wicked glare. She hated humans and she hated the filthy human that she now was. It was not a beautiful body to her but a wretched curse of sorts.
Ryuna's face relaxed only slightly as Myrra's next question but a glare remained as she thought of her past as a dragon. "One may become a slave to one of those wicked humans.." She said with contempt as her glare deepened again. "The freedom may be wonderful otherwise.... but I was not among those lucky few who were able to live apart from the filthy meatbags..."

Myrra could almost feel a biting aura emanating from the woman, and the best she could do to keep herself calm enough is to kept reminding herself that this woman is a human now. That means she possesses humanity in this lifetime...right?
Myrra strongly hopes so.
The new information regarding Ryuna's dragon background drives Myrra back to the sanctuary of her memory...that certainly sounds familiar. "Y-your experiences.....sounds a lot like how a human could lead their lifestyle too.." A lot of people in Veyyard became slaves, some people are free, some are bounded with a community.
Suddenly, Myrra let out a gasp as she raised her arm to point to the front, though upwards towards the sky.

"I am so proud of you right now, I have no words for it." Zephel lowered down his upper body so his chest touches the scales of the dragon he's riding. The belting winds against his skin made him instantly regret giving his pair of goggles to Hikaru since opening his eyes through the ride proves to be a difficult feat for him.
"Could you at least say it without your usual monotone? I feel as if you're being sarcastic, Zephel.." Orphion glided his way through the skies without any trouble, though having minor problems evading a few clouds.
He's flying pretty fast, eager to beat his last time record when flying all the way through the whole Fijion continent. As he flew, he ignores every passing creature he flew pass.[/color]
"Orphion, please don't fly any higher. I'm liable to get nosebleeds."

Myrra watches timidly like the little helpless human she is from the ground, her jaw slightly dropping at the glorious creature flying above her and Ryuna a few hundred feet above them. It's so far away, yet as it passes through them, there's a slight breeze felt.
"..That must be from the Weyr in Ianne...." Myrra whispered, her voice seems distracted and in astonishment. "Have you been to Ianne..? The Weyr there breeds a lot of dragons..." At least that's what she heard. Myrra herself wasn't able to trek all the way to Ianne yet.

As the porcupine girl responded, Ryuna's glare just deepened in anger about her trying to compare the lives of dragons to those of humans. She was about to reply before she noticed a small arm pointing towards the sky and stopped walking and looked up into the air. Her face relaxed slightly and her eyes widened for a moment, seeing a beautiful dragon flying up high, not noticing the rider there as well.
A part of her would have wanted to smile, seeing a dragon flying so freely... but Ryuna just fell into another glare as she recalled her past life and felt a huge amount of jealousy towards this dragon that can fly so freely.
Ryuna opened her eyes in shock as the porcupine girl told her about this Weyr in Ianne that breeds dragons. A fury flamed up inside of her as she thought angrily about humans breeding dragons, her first assumptions being that those humans would make life difficult for the dragons they breed.
"Unforgiveable..." She muttered angrily as her head lowered again. "In what direction is this Weyr?" She asked in a quiet and seething tone of voice.

Myrra's eyes widened and she began to shake again as she sensed how completely angry this lady is when she spoke of the dragons from the Weyr. Thinking this was her fault and she never should have said anything, Myrra squeaked a bit behind Ryuna to control herself from bursting into tears again.
Still, her brother always taught her that when someone asks her a question, answering them is the polite thing to do. "T-the Weyr.... It is in Ianne...." She looks back for a bit to measure the distance from the sea.
"We... F-Fijion is at the edge of this domain...near the seas. Ianne is located...r-right at the center of the domain... at the center of the forests..." She would love to hand in the device she got from underground that can show the direction she could take to get anywhere she wanted, but since she had fallen off a cliff and into the sea earlier, it must have either dropped while she was running before or had long lost in the depth of the sea.
"I.. I think you can get the general direction towards there i-if you ask a local..." Deep in her mind, she wondered if she should give this sort of information to the lady, in fear if the woman would do something damaging to the Weyr. But then again, she is literally carrying Myrra, for heavens know why, so the little girl felt indebted either way.
"I c-can....see the pathway to the village from here.... I don't wish to trouble you, so please allow me to walk there on my own.." Even thinking that she owes this scary lady is making the hair behind her neck standing upright. So Myrra rather limp her way to civilisation, plus the woman wouldn't have to bump into any more humans this way that might make her hostile.

Ryuna glared intensely as she hung onto the porcupine girl's words of where this Weyr was located. After it was suggested that she ask a local, Ryuna faced towards the path that lead to the village. Completely ignoring what the girl had said next, Ryuna secured her arms under her and flew into a sprint, heading swiftly toward the village.
At the first sight of a local, Ryuna stopped, glaring intensely at them. "How do I get to the Weyr in Ianne?!" She asked angrily, the frightened local only began to point in a specific direction and Ryuna took off into a run in that direction, completely forgetting that she was going to leave the porcupine girl in the village to be taken care of. In seemingly no time, Ryuna had already run past the village, any word from Myrra being completely unheard by her as she made her way into Ianne.
[You can leave another response here or just follow me to the Weyr and leave this as an ended thread.]

The second this scary woman began to sprint increasingly fast, Myrra couldn't restrain herself into letting out a shriek. Her loose grip on the woman's shoulders tightens as they sped towards the village.
Myrra almost bumped her head to the woman's hair when she suddenly stopped. Glancing to the front, Myrra sighed in relief to see a local, but that feeling was quickly replaced by dread when the woman snapped at the poor local, asking for direction.
Seeing this as her stop, Myrra tries to crawl back down, but the woman's arms that are holding her legs are so secured, she can't even flinch. "W-w-wait..!" The pink-haired girl uttered out a shriek when the woman carried her so fast through the village, she had totally passed it the moment when Myrra realized that they're starting to enter a light forest of sorts.
Eyes welling up in tears, Myrra shakily looked back behind her to see the village slowly vanishing from her sight. She turned her head back to the front, her hands that's holding the woman's shoulders for balance quivered in both fear and alarm.
She then brings up one hand up to her face to wipe the tears that started to escape her eyes, for the woman is running so fast, the wind had pushed her tears back to wet at her temples. They're going straight to Ianne now, and Myrra doesn't even know the name of this woman that's carrying her now.
